The only "warning" of sorts -- one staff member was a little heavy-handed with her pumps in one our lattes, which made it a bit too sweet. They graciously helped us de-sweeten it, though!

I'm in the drive thru, I shouldn't have to wait longer than if I just ordered at the speaker (this is NOT a reflection on the employees, they didn't redesign how/what order the drinks are made in). I like coming here because most of the employees recognize me as a regular and know I also get 4 pup cups! We do have a favorite barista, Trish! I've never had bad service, sometimes the wait has been ridiculously long, but 90% of the time it's because they are ridiculously busy.

Second time at this location. Two workers and no other customers at the time. Donuts cold and stale. Got a cinnamon roll and no offer to warm it ?? The cappuccino was ok a bit bitter. All the tables were dirty , so I wiped it down myself. The ambiance is bar like; why so dark for a happy donut shop?? I'm waiting to someday have that fresh heirloom donut so many rave about. read more
