I had high expectations for this place because the concepts are so cool. They probably don't have copyrights to the names haha I made my own Heisenburger with beef. They let you choose the protein, 4 toppings, and a sauce. The burger was tasty don't get me wrong but it wasn't memorable. The egg was overcooked for my liking and so was the beef patty which was tremendously dry. The concept is cool but the execution of the food could be better. read more

This was our very first stop while visting Buenos Aires from the US - well done BA, this was a great start - burgers done well, good fries and some local beers! Firstly the only downside was this place is cash only - the saving grace is you can pay in either Argentine Pesos or US Dollars - phew! Between two of us we ordered and promptly devoured: - Heisenburger - Classic burger with cheese, tasty and nicely cooked. - Salmon Burger - Comes on a dark bun, nicely cooked salmon with arugula and tomato confit, very pleasing, slightly dry. - Memories de Paris - Beef patty with brie, juicy grilled onions, dijon mustard. My boyfriend's favorite! - The fries were tasty. - Patagonia Beer! Both the Amber and the Bohemian Pilsner. This place really left me disappointed. I ordered the Jesus Christ Superstar and it had some flavor in the beef but the sauces were absolutely appalling! Also, after eating at 5+ burger joints, the portion of fries was quite absurd. Additionally, the pricing of the different burgers heavily differs for absolutely no reason and this left me confused. They only accept national debit cards by the way. The beer selection also is garbage. read more

Very very cool burger joint! I love that you have so many options to choose from, which makes it possible to create your own burger with whatever toppings you like. The burger itself is really good, not greasy at all.. not juicy, but not dry either. The bun is OK, could be better. Let's talk about the fries, personally, to me this is really important, the perfect side to a good burger. This is where they fail, they're honestly quite bad. Too oily!! That's the main reason I took a star off. Finally, drinking... They have Patagonia beer on tap, I had the red amber and it's magnificent. Amazing burgers at a hype place. For those who love or know the BREAKING BAD series, all the characters are on the walls and have burgers named after them. Yet another burger place in Palermo soho, the number of burgers i have tried in this area is getting ridiculous. The fries are pretty thick and well fried to a dark golden and are crunchy and nice. The selection of burgers are varied and if the options does not fit your taste you can make your own. The burger patty is cooked well done and is a little dry but taste nice. I tried the chipotle burger that came with bell peppers and corn. Not recommended but okay. On my second visit I didn't bring cash so no luck trying any of the others. read more

In the heisenburger/burger joint debate I'm definitely team burger joint but they're both so good it's really silly to argue. Heisenburger has a very slick feel and the queuing (though long!) is very orderly. Their fries are awesome as, of course, are their burgers! I've even tried their veggie burger which was awesome! Inspired by breaking bad obviously both in decor and the burger names. Had our burgers to go because we had to be somewhere else. Took about 15 min for our order to be ready. I had the cheeseburger with bacon (forget what name it was, chosen for the least probability I would get burger on me while walking) and my friend had the salmon burger. My burger was quite tasty, though the bun was a bit dry and crumbly. Fries crispy and a little greasy but I was starving so I didn't mind! Wish I was able to go here and have a sit down meal. This place is top class! Have the Hangover burger: beef burger with cheese, coleslaw and, wait for it, shredded bbq ribs! It's amazing! The papas were incredible too, and they've got a great selection of beers- the Patagonia Weisse is excellent. read more
