There were many times my dad wanted to go else where because he would go months without hearing from them. He would have to physically go to the office to see if there was any update. He felt as if they took his money and weren't doing anything. One thing I do want to mention is that my dad did have a deportation order from the early 2000s that they were able to resolve 5 years into the process. My dad made the decision to fly back to El Salvador after applying for advance parole through another lawyer and luckily he came back with no issues and was even able to go twice back in 2023. In September 2025 we received a from USCIS with a scheduled date in October for his interview in order to adjust his status. The paralegal contacted him and scheduled a mock interview to prepare my brother and dad a week before the appointment. The paralegal made sure that everything in the packet was accurate which we really appreciated. After the USCIS interview my dad didn't hear anything from USCIS or the paralegal. A month later he received an approval notice from USCIS. In December 2025 he received his green card and they called him around March to congratulate him. It was definitely a long and frustrating process especially with everything going on but they made it happen. They just really need to work on communication though.

I called their office ready to move forward and pay for the next step. Instead of doing their job, they told me NOT to pay anything and that they would call me in 2-3 months. That never happened. It has now been around 8 months since that conversation, and as I'm writing this review, I am STILL waiting just to be told what my next step is. Not processed--just informed. That's how bad the service is. I've called over and over. Every time it's the same story: "we'll call you back." They never do. I even showed up in person, and all they told me was to "wait" because they take cases in order. So you can wait months just to get basic information? That's completely unacceptable. The only time they give you attention is when they want your money. After that, you're on your own. Zero follow-up, zero urgency, zero accountability. And honestly, I seriously question all the 5-star reviews saying people got fast results. Based on my experience, either those reviews aren't real, or certain cases are being pushed ahead while others are ignored. I regret hiring this office. If you value your time, your case, and your peace of mind--look somewhere else. No vale la pena pagar $150 por 5 minutos de tiempo que da solo para aumentar la tarifa, mejor si pueden sáquenle toda la información posible por teléfono primero.
