When we arrived, we were greeted by other staff immediately because Amy was with another customer. Our Grand Highlander was taken into the shop immediately. While we waited they not only removed a nail and fixed the tire leak, they completed our 20K maintenance! We were speechless! I don't think we were even there for an hour. Kudos to Amy and her amazing team! We have never experienced the kind of consistent service with vehicle ownership as we have since purchasing our first Toyota in 2020. It was a no brainer to buy a second Toyota last year when our SUV was totaled. We are forever loyal Toyota customers from here on out. And Zach helped Sam do everything right and deliver the perfect new truck. I needed to replace my truck again for a stronger one because I got a heavier trailer, and at first I thought I was going to get a slightly used diesel Ram 2500 because I needed more towing capacity, but after looking at everything, I decided on a dodge ram Laramie 3500. 23,000lb towing capacity and 4100lb payload capacity means I'm not going to have problems towing my new toy hauler! But that's just half the story. The other half is the level of service at Lithia from Sam and Zach and is unparalleled. Not only did they see to all the details I needed with my battery cable installation, but they personally drove my truck back and forth to auto trim design TWICE to get it outfitted with the extras while I was waiting for the sensors for the bumper install, and then they delivered it 15 miles out to my house when it was finally done. I set myself up to get a great deal on my number 1 vehicle of choice from the dealership I preferred to buy from. I gave them my word on what it would take to earn my business, and they did exactly that! The salesman, Chris Partin, knew his stuff about the product he sold me, he was willing to meet me when best for my schedule, and was willing to text me, instead of call or email me. He didn't have to pressure me because I was upfront with him with what he needed to do to earn my business. It was my responsibility to earn my very best deal, I did that, Chris Partin at Robert Allen Nissan took it one step further than any other salesman I've met and asked the questions to find out what I needed to make this the easiest purchase I've ever had. I've experienced high pressure salesmen all over town; salesmen not listening to what I want, but rather, trying to convince me to buy something they want to sell. Many dealerships are not forthcoming about prices and play a sort of "game" where they try to wear you down so you spend as much money as possible.
