Didn't repair my issue. Charged me $140 for "diagnosis" even though I told them exactly what was wrong. Repair was warranty work, but still charged me the BS fee. Service writer was rude. A few weeks ago we decided to buy another one and Ron and his team have been so accommodating since we had to do most of the transaction remotely. I am a first time motorcycle buyer. I am in my late 30's and I wanted something small, maneuverable and fun, that also happens to be economical. I didn't really want a highway bike... just something for city streets up to 45. I opted for a Kawasaki Z125 pro after preferring it over a Honda Grom I was looking at. My salesman was named Ron. He was very helpful and he went above and beyond and made sure that I got a good deal which, I know that I did since i did my research. Later on, I had a minor clutch cable issue that is a factory mishap. Tyler, the service guy, went over and looked at the new one on their floor, and verified that INDEED, they are coming from the factory like that. He trusted my word and replaced the clutch cable free of charge. I decided to do my own maintenance and I stripped my swing arm chain adjuster bolt. Tyler took it in and repaired it for a very reasonable price. Had my 2021 rzr 1000 turbo in for a burnt out winch. hcc warranty the parts and fixed me right up.. in the mean time noticed that my wires to the bus bar for all my accessories had over loaded the circuits so they wasted no time setting my machine up with a new fuse block and breaker switch. Bought a Honda new and had dealer install winch, snow plow and grip heaters. Less than a month of owning it started blowing 20amp accessory fuse. The only things wired to the ACC circuit were dealer installed items. Talked to my sales rep Ron and he said "Bring the unit in". I immediately brought in and 5 days later they said could not find a problem. This past winter the unit blew fuse after fuse. Took it back in and was informed I'd have to pay for repairs. They said "we have no record of you bringing the unit in before." Sales guy was sitting within earshot and said nothing. Service rep was not customer friendly. Long story short- I got ripped over $400 for either faulty dealer installed products or shoddy install. Apparently it's consumers responsibility to ensure dealer keeps records of service done. Will never buy or use this place again. Ever. Was going to buy an ATV for my wife- not here, no way. This place is amazing! Great service and knowledgeable folks. I took my Victory there for a 5k service and a fork seal replacement (I took my bike to another business who evidently did not know what a crush washer or seal was. They really screwed up my bike). Helena Cycle Center rescued me. They not only helped me out with great service (my bike sounds great!) but they went out of their way to help me locate and in stall the parts that the other yahoos forgot to reinstall. I could not be more thankfull to Shawn Fife and his Service Tech's. They got me riding again and I trust they will keep me riding for years to come. read more

I recently purchased a 2020 Polaris Rzr xp4 1000. I was very careful to follow the break in instructions provided to me by HCC but unfortunately after less than 100 miles the belt blew on the machine. To clarify further, we had not had this machine on a real trail ride yet at all. The 100 miles on it were put on the dirt roads around our house and some pavement. As per HCC recommendations we did variate our speed up and down and did not go over 50 MPH on any roads. We were also very careful to be in low when going slow. HCC told us that belts were not covered under warranty and not only charged us full price for the belt but also charged us $90 labor for the 20 minutes it took the tech to change the belt. I called Ron, our salesmen back and explained to him the situation and how this belt must have been weak or bad from the beginning as we hadn't had the chance to even use the machine off road yet. Ron made it very clear this was not HCC's problem and they weren't interested in helping out whatsoever. I even had said that I would have been satisfied if they sold us the belt at full price but didn't charge labor for the swap but they were not willing to do that either. I am extremely disappointed in the service we received after the sale as they made it clear they no longer cared about us. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your motorsports needs. read more

If your wheeler breaks down during bow season you might have it back for ice fishing. These guys make a snails pace seem like a brisk trot. At least they're pricey. Never will buy Polaris again. Own three and am very sorry. read more
