I filled out there online quote thing and within 15 mins Jaykob called me. I told him what I wanted and he told me to come down and look at the heritage classics I was interested in. From the start he made it easy. After came down and test drove it, I had some parts I wanted added, and he promised once they were installed they would deliver the bike to me at my home in an enclosed trailer. 383 miles from home just before the Anaconda, MT rest stop, the engine overheat warning sounded in…read moreour truck as we pulled our travel trailer toward our destination camping in the Idaho panhandle. With little choice, we limped at 40mph 20 miles back to Butte. That was Saturday. We holed up in a hotel until Monday when things opened back up. Dealership service dept.s were full up. Kevin, office manager, of Car Tune took in our truck with no promise of being able to fix whatever was wrong in a hurry but did offer to run diagnostics asap. We left the vehicle with him/them and made our way back to our hotel. After only a few hours Kevin called us and said it was fixed. Indeed it was. We were able to salvage part of our intended trip and drove the truck pulling our trailer back home - 630 miles, 11.5 hours. No overheating. The truck ran perfect. Thanks Kevin, Kevin and crew! I was told that there was 2 key fobs for her 2020 vehicle. she asked for it every time she went in to the dealership, was always told "we will find it, its here somewhere." The dealership called for the trade in paperwork, I had it sent to them, and every time they called us, i asked for the 2nd key fob. We have asked probably in the neighborhood of 5+ times, and they never seemed interested in helping or finding the key fob. Never got a response. Asked for the second key fob multiple times, and always told they will look, but have yet to find it.

On a recommendation from another RV repair person, we called Continental Repair and left a distressed message. Bob called us back within minutes and drove to our home to help us. He assessed what the issue was and from various parts he had, created an entirely new one to replace the faulty part the RV dealer used when they replaced the generator. His skills, professionalism, efficiency and kindness are commendable. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions to ensure I understood why the faulty part did not properly work and how the part he assembled would stop the fuel leak.Because he worked so quickly and competently, we were able to continue with our plan to get the van out for our first camping trip.
