Today I purchased a bike just for the track (2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR) from Maverick Motorsports of Butte. The purchase experience was exceptional: from the owner, Brent, who took me out for the test ride (accompanied on my request) and Dolly my sales lady, who was fantastic. Also, Brian ,the GM, went over the bike with me and answered the deeper questions. Finally, Connor, Service Manager, answered many initial questions and told me about the bike and also assisted in getting loaded and secured for her trip home. I say all of that to say, I very much enjoyed my purchasing experience. Out of 10 motorcycle purchases, this was my finest dealer experience. I never thought I would ever own a sport bike. service for ATV suked... told them there was an oil leak but they said couldnt find it.. Really? within 45 mins of leaving when i got home there was a table spoon of oil on the trailer where it was parked! complete wasted trip all the way to Butte. read more

I nearly panicked. Two days before I was to leave on a cross country motorcycle trip, I noticed the rear tire on my bike was completely shredded. I didn't expect to get a ton of miles out of the original tire, but only 1400? Nice work Kawasaki/Bridgestone. Anyway, I called Staaks to see if they could help. They we're more than happy to help and offered to install new tires while I waited. It took less than two hours! They even let me leave my gear in their shop so I could explore Uptown Butte while I waited. The only downside is they didn't have a huge selection of 190/55 tires, but you can't blame them considering how few sport bikes exist in SW Montana. read more

I'm traveling cross country by motorcycle. I stopped for the night in Butte and realized there was a Yamaha dealer in town so that night I sent them a request for an oil change and diff oil change. They emailed back as soon as they opened the next day and accommodated my request. Couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Both the service desk crew and the mechanic who worked on my bike were great. They got my bike in and out in about 45 minutes. Excellent service and very nice people. read more

My Husband and I are real happy with our side by side - Textron/ Stampede - it is prefect for taking our 2 dogs with us! We had great customer service! The only small thing to mention was - whoever brought the side by side out of the building for us to load, put a small dent in it which was disappointing, but we did not notice it until we got home with it! So we decided not to say anything since we couldn't prove it by then. (someone from the shop?) Love it, though! read more
