He scans it , takes the box, I attempted to tell him there was a battery in the box, He rudely says something like I know what Im doing? The lady working was very curt with me and didn't seem to care that I needed to get his meds to him quickly. She offered me the overnight pricing and said she had no specific time for delivery. So, when I told her what customer service said she just said it'd be $76 and seemed to assume I couldn't or wouldn't pay that price. I did pay the $76 and he got his meds.
