Technician showed up promptly at scheduled time, conducted a very thorough inspection of the AC components. He was not able to identify a specific issue, however the capacitor was a bit out of spec, so had him replace it since the unit was already disassembled. The issues I have with the service is 1. No report of the tests done and findings during or after service other than verbally.2. We were charged $240 to install the $30 part and the unit was already tore down from the inspection.
