Treated like a second class person because I interrupted their "event" and grilled at the entrance about what I was doing there. Seriously? I could not park in the regular lot (there was plenty of room) and was sent to the event parking which was full. My project is now on hold and I am back to the reliable on line guys and Lowes, which actually has a high quality and complete garden department. So much for tying to support a local business with an attitude.

We told her we had called and been told 5:30 and she immediately interrupted and said " They said 4:00. Four is when we are closing", turned her back on us and walked away. One suggestion, please make sure that your sign, your webpage and your staff are all in agreement on closing time. One comment - It is fine to close the gate at 4:00 is that is your closing time. It is fine to be tired after what I am sure was a very busy weekend. However, it is never okay to just be rude. So to the gray haired lady with the large sunhat - its good to know there are lots of other businesses who sell the same products you sell there. We won't be back.

Selection varies. My only complaint is related to their loading area. I purchased 5 carts worth of building supplies and had to load a hundred feet away because the loading zone was filled with parked trucks. Many home depot's have moved to loading zones only.

We recently moved to the great free state of Montana and unfortunately ran into a serious sewer…read moreissue! Our pipes backed up and filled the lower concrete rooms In our house with poopy water. It was really a stinky mess! What we did not realize at the time was that our main sewer line to our septic tank I've been crushed and was barely letting anything through. We didn't realize that and thought it was simply a mainline clog and so I called everywhere and no one was available except Brian Gifford, the owner, who made time THAT DAY, to come help us! It was a lifesaver, as we were in a bad way! He arrived in just a couple of hours and ran the auger through the line and he knew there was a problem because 70 feet down the auger wouldn't go forward anymore, so he explained that there had to be either a break in the pipe or some other clog that wouldn't move. He did manage after 15 minutes of spinning in the same spot to unclog the pipe, but the auger still wouldn't move so we knew there was a serious problem. He came back the next day with his camera, and we found out that the pipe was crushed. I was able to get the pipe fixed within two days, and we were so blessed because it was all before the ground froze here in Montana. I cannot speak highly enough about Brian, his absolute professionalism, expertise, and knowledge about the issues was unparalleled. Not to mention he was a patriot and loved our great country and that's always mandatory when I'm hiring people. He's available for a normal price within normal business hours but he's also available 24/7 for an extra fee I'm sure. Nobody wants to get up in the middle of the night to deal with a sewer problem, so we are so thankful for people like Brian who will. I highly recommend Brian and the Drain Doctor for any sewer or drain problem is you might have.
