In that price he was to replace my front door he didn't. I checked to see what he might of spent total on material maybe 2,000 to 3,000 tops. He gave me a very good quote to do the job. I agreed to his quote for the work and he came the next day, right at the time he promised, and started the job. My job took more than a day to complete so I had to communicate with Chris about the next steps. Chris was extremely responsive by phone and text. I knew exactly what he would complete each step of the project. When the job was completed, it was beautiful! Chris cleaned up after the work was done, everything was totally clean and put back! In one instance, we had purchased a heavy gate to be installed in the new doorway that Andrew put in between 2 of our warehouses. After installation, Andrew noted that the gate was significantly longer than we needed for that space and recommended that we remove one of the sections of the gate. He then volunteered to do this at no extra cost even though it required him to take the entire gate down, dissemble it and then reinstall it to the doorway. It is the little details like that make Andrew an exceptional contractor and one that we will continue to work with again and again. Your crew of 8 took 2 weeks to complete (if you can call it complete) a job that an actual roofing crew of 5 could have completed in 3. No one spoke to any of you on your evaluation of the roof, you just showed up. Ringing our door bell at 7 am asking us to move all of our vehicles from the driveway. Your crew started at 7 am with a compressor running and hammers banging with out even notification as to when it would start. You knew the ordinance was to start at 8. Then a package of photos I had been waiting on was delivered and yourself or your crew found it necessary to push it off to the side of the porch and place muddy shoes on top for it to be rained on daily instead of leaving it where it could be found. Leaving the box and photos destroyed! Just like you fabricated me not answering your calls, that you never made. Then for 3 days you left your trailer full of trash in our driveway blocking our access to our own driveway in a community where the ordinance states; no parking on the street or grass. I asked the crew nicely, everyday for it to be moved at the end of day. Just to be lied to and told yes ma'am it will be moved. I show up after 4pm and the trailer had been left again and again. On the 3rd night I left Ed Mobley a message telling him to move it or it will be towed. His response was to contact Glynn County police department and have them come to our home with a warrant. You were denied access after that to repair the ceiling because you don't know what you are doing and your untrustworthy. Why would I grant permission to enter, after your company did all of these things. I wouldn't allow you or any of your crew who the majority looks like they just came out of prison or thought they were kid rock. It's easy to say what you want and call police making accusations. Maybe that's what you and your employees should do because you do not belong in construction. The roof still leaks and it wasn't finished. Your response doesn't even explain the bad workmanship, the inconsideration or the inability to behave in a professional manner. In addition your crew filled our yards with cigarette butts.
