He came and ran the camera and said it was a small leak. He said he would bring back an estimate for us but would be able to repair the leak. He never came back. I tried to make contact. He can't even be courteous enough to answer back. It would have been ok if he didn't want to take the job, but to just ghost a potential customer is wrong. Have some guts and just say no you can't do it or don't want to do it. I'll never call him again, even if he's the last contractor on earth.
