I had to contact Arrow Fence SEVERAL (way too many!) times, over and over again to hear the sales rep say things "like, oh I forgot", or "manager is out of the office again". Arrow fence would got give a credit or refund! Workers that actually re-installed the fence did a GREAT job, they were efficient, on time and communicated well, almost like they worked for a whole different company!

Phil helped get it fixed in Spring (after first quoting $600 for repair...) but now it is happening again in Fall and he says it's caused by Frost and not covered under Activeyards warranty (true) or installation warranty because it's "weather related". Even though there hasn't been frost since he fixed it in Spring... So I guess use them if you want the best price on a fence. Be wary if the place you're installing the fence has any "weather" because you're on your own if the gate stops working (and what more do we ask of a fence, really, than sturdy walls and a gate that opens and shuts?).

I also had to fix a door latch as it was installed upside down. I think the other latch is missing a piece. They also left a large gap between the house and fence. It's not too bad, but I have dogs and am not a fan of the gap. The process was a complete nightmare! About took them to court. I put half the payment down and they were not responsive at first and pushed out the date it was supposed to go up numerous times. I asked if I needed to get a permit and John said he would handle it. They started digging and never got a permit! I called and got one right away since I was worried about getting fined. They dug all the post holes and left them for over a week! At this time, it was fall going into winter so it was a guessing game where to step. I notified my neighbors to not let their kids cut through my back yard as I didn't want anyone to get hurt and get sued. I couldn't let my dogs out back because I didn't know where to step. Once they started putting up my fence, they leaned all the lumber onto my neighbor's chain link fence causing it to slightly bow. Thankfully, I am close with my neighbor and he wasn't upset. They also backed the trailer into one of the trees in the driveway. The whole process was a mess, but my fence is up and it doesn't look bad! Definitely would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
