This company started sending junk mail to my house. I emailed and emailed and emailed. They would not respond. I finally told them I had all of corporate emails and was about to email them since they refused to respond to me and I got a response 20 minutes later. In my emaiL I stated twice that it's hard copy junk mail coming to my house via US mail. The second time I put it in all caps. The email I got back from them was "we don't have your email on file, not sure why you're getting email from us." This is the type of service you can expect from these idiots. Couldn't have been any more clear that it was hard copy junk mail but they don't read anything, all they see is "remove me" and they don't read the rest. They did the same thing at my work last year for some reason. Kept sending junk mail to my office. I kept getting emails saying "okay, you're removed" and my firm wasn't removed. This is another one of those companies that thinks if they keep sending you junk mail you'll use their service no matter how many times you tell them you don't want it. I went back and forth with them and every email was "signed" by a different "name." At no point did the emails have the same "person" responding. I don't know if it's a bot, if they just have different people responding to every email or if it's just a scam. The last email I got literally had two different names "signed." I want to show a screenshot but yelp won't let me put up pictures for some reason. So I have acquired 23 upper management emails from the very top on down. This is the only way to get these idiots to stop harassing you. I emailed them (both times) and amazingly you get a response real quick. I do not understand how or why a company wants to waste paper and postage on someone who has clearly stated they don't want their service. If anyone needs the emails let me know. And please, if these idiots keep sending you their junk mail after you've requested them to stop, leave a yelp review. People need to know. If this is how they act about something like this, how bad is their actual service? Imagine treating people like this and thinking it's okay. This company's backbone is scamming people. Just want to warn those who haven't tried it - never order their meals! I made an order for just 4 meals a week ago and then without more ado when I haven't yet prepared my previous meals, I have got a notification that I am charged for $140 for another bunch of meals (twice more than I have made a week ago). Somehow the system subscribed me to their orders without my consent. I called to the Customer Service and as a reply they told me that they could not change anything (even in case I haven't made this order and the order is anticipated in 5 days). The Customer Service representative told me I will receive a call from their supervisor, but, of course, no one called me back. When I called them in a few days, they were just telling me that they are sorry but still I will receive the order that I haven't made in a day! It is more than dissatisfying and disgusting. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with HelloFresh. In my personal opinion, their billing practices felt misleading. Both my daughter and I were charged for multiple deliveries even though we believed we had not subscribed to an ongoing service. Trying to sort this out was frustrating and felt like we were being taken advantage of. The food itself was also just average--not worth the unexpected charges we received. Based on what we went through, I personally do not recommend HelloFresh. I honestly don't understand how a company can operate this way and continue to cause confusion for people trying to manage their budgets. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had, and I hope they improve how they handle billing and communication with customers. read more

Am Ende mussten wir alles selber bezahlen, da statt 20€ ein komplett anderer Gutschein, den wir nicht eingegeben haben in Höhe von lächerlichen 0,49 Cent angewiesen wurde. Online war es unter keinem Menüpunkt möglich jemanden zu kontaktieren oder Einsicht in die Bestellung zu bekommen. Die Website empfanden wir als absolut nicht Barrierefrei und viele Links waren "zur Zeit nicht möglich". Als wir telefonisch alles storniert haben, kam die Bestellung trotzdem an, welche wir verweigerten. Haben außerdem sofort und fristgerecht gekündigt. This company is fraudulent. You get one week of food you pick and then they keep sending more food in subsequent weeks where THEY pick the food. No phone number to speak to anyone. When you do get a person on chat they say there is nothing they can do. You have to cancel future orders with your credit card company. The food also is a pain in the ass to prepare. It takes a ton of time to prepare. I think their business model is to lure you in with a week and then get 3 or 4 weeks out of you before you can successfully cancel and then they move on to the next sucker. What an absolute joke.
