To begin with, the location on the website is wrong and I showed up to the wrong location. After texting her and arriving to the right location, she was one hour late. The esthetician requested that I paid 50% before service, and I chose to pay her in full, since I have never had a problem with a facial service/refund. I walked in to the room and saw dirty bowls/brushes in the sink and facial equipment just lying out. I made me felt very uncomfortable because I was planning to get a dermaplaning service and it felt very unsterile. Because she was an hour late and I felt unsafe, I decide to reschedule and have a refund.
