Lindsay is a great care provider to me. She is professional, courteous, listens to my concerns, addresses my questions with answers and explanations and provides strategies for better outcomes. She makes me feel seen and heard, welcomed, valued, and has my best interest at heart. The initial appointment is screened, reviewed, and decided upon by the MD doctor / director of the clinic. The doctor is upstairs on the 2nd floor and the video consult is done by way a tablet with you and Lindsay in the 1st floor spa treatment rooms. The facility is clean, orderly, and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff at front counter have always been nice to me. I have observed that they are nice to everyone. Prices are very reasonable. I usually pay with a credit card. Lobby wait times are short. I usually go on my lunch break from work and get back to the office in time. Appointments are easy to schedule by way of telephone. Communications are great: they send reminder texts, and email receipts. Location is easy to get to. All these things keep me as a happy returning patient! read more

I wanted to love this place but after being over charged and not receiving a treatment that I paid for I feel like I was taken advantage of, I got my lips and Botox done 2 months ago. They told me that they did a full syringe but without a doubt, I believe it was only a half syringe and I was also supposed to do a lift flip, but didn't receive one but got charged for one. Also I still have full control on one side of my forehead. I tried to reach out to ask questions about everything and never heard back from them. In a grand total they charged me $1500 for botched Botox. I would recommend going elsewhere! read more

I've been in to see Vanessa multiple times! I've actually followed her from another office and waited patiently for her to start here at this location! I've seen her for different procedures and every time I'm never disappointed in the service I'm given from start to finish. She takes her time to listen, review and give her insight. There are even times where she's talked me out of procedures or less because they weren't needed. She's kind, caring and always so pleasant.
