Awesome service! Owner does just what he says he will! Dominic and Juan came at the appointed time and quickly removed the items I'd left in the patio area. When they were done, and came to settle up, the amount was lower than estimated, as it's based on how much space it takes in the truck. The owners, Jessica and Frank, took the order to pick-up garbage and sent a truck out to my house on time. The truck with three non-english speaking people arrived, and the lead man explained my English to the other two men. They took the garbage away, and we paid their fee with a credit card over the phone. While they promised to send a receipt for the payment, they never did. When I called on the phone, they said they sent an e-mail with the payment, but, I never received it. Junk Removal were punctual, friendly, gentle around my home and had more than enough strength to carry out what I would have thought was impossibly heavy. Since I am a snowbird (and not on site at the time of the 2nd removal), they were professional enough to text me photos of the condo after they moved out my "junk" as proof of the accomplished job. Outstanding customer service - very prompt, courteous, and flexible. I scheduled an immediate service, but then had to reschedule at the last minute. Jessica was so lovely, and handled everything beautifully. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I am amazed at the price I got from HJunk for a big trash pick up after doing some lighting projects outside. We generated a lot of trash that is bulky and I thought they would need at least 4 trips to get it all. Frank's guys showed up (3 of them) and not only were they fast but they were smart in how they pack it, utilizing every inch of their truck to get every piece of trash/junk you have! They actually almost got all of our trash out in 1 full load! I am super impressed with this company. These guys cost a fraction of the other guys AKA 800GOTJUNK (more like 800GOTBUNK).
