I went here before the thanksgiving holiday to rent a few chairs. When I arrive the place is kind of dirty in the upfront area and it's completely disorganized. The woman at the front desk can't take my rental so she has to call the owner who then asks me to provide all of my credit card information to her over the phone and she would send me a receipt. Just the whole thing was very uncomfortable, in addition they charge a 4% fee for any card usage. So if you are renting from them I highly recommend cash. Also check to make sure the items you leave with are in good condition and take pictures before you leave the property.. overall the rental was cheap but I don't know that I'd go back or recommend this place.

Pamela was very easy to work with, talked me out of meltdown mode when needed, and made our ceremony uniquely us.
