Now it's ran by other people and I had a bad massage from a younger Asian girl who was reckless and kept hurting me with her incorrectly done stretches and walking on my spine and lower back which are dangerous areas. I kept saying "ouch" but she only would laugh whenever I said "oww" then when I was paying she had a spoiled brat fit with many upset facial expressions cause I only tipped $25 on the $120 bill plus they charge $5 extra for using any card. They prefer cash which only shows further how out of touch they are by putting a target on themselves to get robbed for encouraging cash in their business. They have their tips set to choose on their payment display starting at 30% then 35% then 40% and the young unprofessional girl kept telling me in very broken English that I'm supposed to choose from those tips, not choose to customize my own tip and she had the audacity to keep reversing the screen back from my custom tip to the 30% that she insisted! The middle aged Asian woman who was there came over to see what all the fuss was about from the younger girl and the middle age woman was more reasonable and allowed me to leave my own custom tip. The younger girl should be glad that I paid the $25 tip for her bad work

She came back in the room to rush me as if she needed a room for the next Customer, then she cut the timer off so my massage was not only horrible, but it was also incomplete. Booked online with a therapist who was advertised as English speaking but spoke little English. She stopped working on me three times to talk a coworker in their native language. Two of the conversations were held when the coworker actually came into the room to talk to her while I was in the session. They were quite loud and disruptive. The third time the therapist left the room taking the clock with her. So I know when my time was up I didn't get the full hour. She tried to sell me on essential oil rubbed into my skin but I declined knowing it was an extra cost. She did work hard, but overall the technique was poor. These therapists are not high end professionals. Lots of coconut oil and hard rubbing on the skin, but no serious movement used to manipulate the muscles. And due to the language barrier you can't communicate with the therapists. Basically this business is just an assembly line so if you're not looking for a high-quality massage for a fairly low price this is the place to go. But if you want a quality high-end massage you're goping have to look elsewhere and pay the higher price.

I figured I would try here first and if it was exactly what I wanted, then I would return. I arrived early and decided to sit in my car for a little prior to entering. She invited me to come in early and we could get started. I did not know what to expect but it was a small space once you walked inside.
