Avoid at all costs!!!! Cab was in Stone Mountain, GA. I have always had good experiences with cabs in Atlanta before this incident. Cab number is 7411. Our cab ride should have been six miles and less than $20. This cab driver in stone mountain, Georgia didn't know where Stone Mountain Park was. He took us to the wrong address first, then sat for a full minute (letting the meter run) asking us if we were sure of our destination. Then, he took a wrong turn and we had to make him stop the vehicle after a couple miles, take out our phones, and direct him. He took us $16 down and back the wrong road. When we finally directed him to our hotel, we told him we would pay for the direct route only. $20. The meter read $36. He began shouting at us and told us he didn't speak English when we tried to remind him of what had just happened. He called the police. The police had to have us pay the $42 fare that the cab was charging us because he left the meter running while he argued. cabbie left the meter running even longer and tried to argue with the police that our fare was now $47. read more

This guy decided to have his brights on me and tailgate me. He decided he needed to be in front of me so badly that he almost HIT someone in the right turn lane when he got over and then I almost hit him when he cut in front of me! I had my 3 month old daughter in the car! What if he had caused an accident with her in it?? This person should not be driving a taxi or any vehicle. Cab 777 has a serious attitude problem on the 8 West on Friday, 7/15 at 7pm. Cutting off drivers and speeding recklessly over 85 mph.

It was my first direct encounter with an Atlanta cab service, and it worked fine. Called in advance and the cab arrived early, driver helped me with my bags and was friendly, and I got where I was going on time from way out in the Stoney Spire region. read more

This taxi service was the worst service in my entire life! Not only did the taxi driver Patrick Lindor get us lost but he made us pay EIGHTY dollars for a 15 dollar cab ride. When I called the company to inform them about this, they hung up on me and blocked my calls. Do yourselves a favor and call any taxi cab except this company! read more

Beware of this taxi service!!! I was visiting stone mountain Georgia for a reggae concert. We drive 4 hours from Atlanta and were staying at the stone mountain inn at the stone mountain park. We called a taxi at 1:30 am from the atrium to our hotel. The taxi arrived and took us to the wrong hotel. He kept questioning us and not believing us that it wasn't our hotel. When we convinced him we pulled out our gps on our phones and had him put the address in his GPS. The driver missed his turn and drove for an additional 5 miles out of the way, ignoring his GPS. We finally stopped him and pulled out our phones to direct him correctly. Over an hour (for a 15 minute taxi) later we got back to the hotel. We explained that we would not pay the full fare because he ignored his GPS and got lost. The driver threw a fit and started screaming, aggressively running at us starting a fight. The police were called and this driver kept his meter running while the police were there. Our fare went up from $13 to $47. This cab company is unbelievably awful. We will NEVER go back to stone mountain! Later that night, unbeknownst to our friends- they took the same company and had the same experience- a cabby getting "lost" and overcharging them.
