This place clearly coasts on the fact that you don't have many choices in CFalls with plates that won't even fit on barbells (as evidenced by my third blood blister in a month posted below). I've been coming here for six months, deadlifting, not dropping weights but lowering them, and was informed that I was not permitted to do so as it would damage the (rubber, basement) floors. This was never disclosed prior, so powerlifters beware. The bargains are not worth it. The pulley equipment is in poor condition and employees are rude.

Today is 05/14/2023 and while I was at the gym the owners were there cleaning..... they are the most thorough and detail oriented team... they were cleaning and greasing parts of the equipment that I had no idea needed it. I'm loving the attention and care they put into their business. I'm excited to be able to attend a gym in my off time that is looked after and appreciated by not just me, but the community. I was told that I could talk to a manager about it when she was around so I paid in full hoping that I could change it after not thinking too much about it. Once I got a hold of the manager she was very rude off the bat and hit me with a you sign a contract and there is no refund and nothing she can do. Would have appreciated not being told I could work something out with her, then being hit with you sign a contract. Very slimy and rude would not recommend going here.

The gym is big with a weight area, 3 squat racks, smith machines, and many machines available to use on the first and second floor, as well as many cardio machines. There is a small turf area on the first floor, and more stretching room on the 2nd floor with massage guns and foam rollers. The 2nd floor has a cycling room, private training area, and another multipurpose room for exercising as well, with a projector with online classes which I've never seen before! I believe there is also a Zumba room on the 1st floor, and various classes that you can take. There is a main big pool, a smaller pool for kids, and a playing area for kids. There is also a hot tub and sauna which are great! Lobby has a juice bar, and they offer towels, and have a seating area with a charging station. The bathrooms have long term and day use lockers, as well as multiple vanities with hair dryers, and of course showers. Highly recommend getting a membership here!

I forgot my swimsuit on this trip so I didn't do the cold plunge, so remember to bring that. There's also shower facilities if you want to clean up before you hit the town. Additionally, two shout outs: The general manager Andre was so helpful, I swear I texted him two or three times to change appointments or classes. He was always so responsive and willing to accommodate. Sierra at the Wellness front desk made my experience so enjoyable. She was always friendly and assisting where I needed help when figuring out the machines. Hands down, I would recommend Peak Fit and Wellness Spa for those that might want to unwind after hitting the slopes, or whenever you want to avoid the slopes. ;)

Today, she got the gear, and absolutely fell in love with the kid climbing wall. I think they've done such a great job with it. There were even a few climbs on there that I struggled with, which was great fun because I could also climb up with her and still feel challenged. Some great routes and fun, playful ropes and ladders set-up in the middle. I think they've used up the space really well. The guy (sorry, didn't catch your name) who helped us was really patient and awesome with getting my kid comfortable, safe in terms of rules, and excited to climb. After a foiled attempt at taking the scenic drive through Glacier Park due to the fires, this experience at Rockfish hands down made up for it. It meant everything to see my daughter so happy -- thank you! We would definitely return on a future trip to this area of Montana.
