I then waited an hour in the waiting room. The ladies at the front desk said they decided to double book the appointment window I had because they thought the other patient wasn't going to show up and gave me the window instead but the other patient had shown up and had no desire to cancel. They had to rebook me for another week. As of this morning, I got a notification that they had decided to just cancel my appointment with no phone call or no voicemail no anything. I waited 4 months to see the neurologist and these folks will just cancel your appointment if they think you shouldn't see the doctor.

I called neurology of the rockies tgetmy prior med records. The lady in records refused to listen to me demanded that my new neurologist had to request them and stated that i would have to sign a release to get my own records. I have a tbi and its an hour drive away. she refused to help make obtaining these records easy as soon as I told her i wouldnt be coming there anymore. I do not recommend neurology of the rockies as no progress was made in 6 years andhowdifficulttheybecame after I left .
