Dr Milobsky and his team are truly amazing. We have seen multiple pediatricians in Castle Rock and this group is by far the best one in town. They take their time with you and are even available after hours and on weekends. When we had a newborn, their lactation specialist, Bri was amazing. She was so helpful to me and correcting our latch and making sure we felt comfortable in the room with her during the consult. We really value the health advice from Dr Milobsky. He is so knowledgeable and has always made us feel valued in our concerns. I'm so happy we finally found a pediatrician that we trust! Dr. Heely is also an amazing physician at this practice. The absolute worst pediatric office in Castle Rock. They are terrible. They seem burned out. The doctors here have advised us horribly and given extremely bad referrals, which have been a waste of our time and money. We have been there for several years, giving them a lot of grace. We all need grace as we all fall to human error. But the doctors have terrible bed side manners. It's uncomfortable and we leave every time feeling like they were not thorough. They have been very rude to us in front of our children for asking questions they don't see as a concern. We've had to rely on our friends for good referrals to specialists and our overall community, thank goodness. On the other hand, we do like the nurse who responds rapidly and gives advise via phone and saves us a trip to the office. We tend to give businesses, especially doctors, so much grace. We know how difficult it is to attend to all patients to their best ability. We have doctor friends who tell us about the industry. But it doesn't excuse the lack of integrity and thoroughness for our little children. Without naming names (they are males), STAY AWAY if you want reliable and knowledgeable advise for your children. We have seen two doctors from this office over the years, both are bad. Also, if you want reasonably good bedside manners, this is not the place. read more

I am currently sitting in the ER because it was too much of an inconvenience to see my son with the gash on his chin because they were out of appointments and staying late was just out of the question. So when I really needed them they refused to see us, and now I'm at the ER playing an extended waiting game with bleeding three year old. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! My child experienced horrible pain during a visit. The doctor applied only a bacitracin wipe before cutting into her inflamed wound with a razor blade. No anesthetic whatsoever. She then made a flip comment of, "You can try to walk to your mother." Only recommendation was to - NOTHING. Doctor just left the room. read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Milobsky and his staff. My family feels welcome the moment we step through their doors. Dr. Milobsky has been my daughter's pediatrician since literally day one, and we have been impressed the entire time. As of late, she has had recurrent ear infections due to the time of year and being in daycare. And THANK GOD Pediatrics at the Meadows was open outside of typical business hours. It has really been a blessing that their office was able and willing to get my daughter in both early in the morning and after work hours for me. They are also open on Sundays for walk-ins. If we are fortunate enough to have more children, I will definitely be bringing them here. Bottom line: if you don't bring your children here, you're making a mistake. read more

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this provider. My step-daughter, Chandler, has been seen by Milobsky since she was a baby. Her mother is the only one who takes her to appointments because of our parenting schedule but we always will call the office to discuss issues or concerns when we see the chart. We had seen that Chandler was prescribed a sedative for apparent "daily migraines". We asked Chandler about these, she told us she only has these "migraines" at her mother's home and that she gets them after being on the computer. Keep in mind, Chandler is very behind in school, and this sedative that was prescribed and her mother was trying to give her, would cause her to be more lethargic which does not help with school. Also, Chandler had no idea what a migraine even was. We called the office ten times and left messages begging for them to call us back and clarify our stance, to tell them she never has even complained of a headache at our house, let alone a migraine, and to not prescribe something that would affect her schooling and learning abilities. Her mom wanted to give her these meds daily and then told us we were in contempt because we wouldn't give our kid meds a doctor ordered, even though they were ordered with false information. We bought her blue light glasses, and magically, her migraines at her mom's house stopped and she hasn't had even a headache sense. My issue with this doctor is that he took the word of one parent and ran with it but failed to pick up the phone and call the patient's father back, who she is with 50% of the time, to get the full medical history and all information. We live an hour away from the doctor and are unable to attend the appointments in person, which of course has been an issue with misinformation being reported to medical professionals, but when we call to clarify or gather information... no one bothers to call. The doctor was so quick to push meds instead of discussing lifestyle changes for the patient, like...blue light glasses sense apparently these were caused by screen time. I understand that doctor's can't necessarily navigate nor should they have to navigate bad situations when one parent lies about medical issues and the other parent is trying to clarify things. But they need to at least take the time to call back, to be cognizant of situations that involve Munchausen by proxy and to just do the decent thing and involve the other parent if the other parent has tried ten times to just talk to someone. read more

Dr Mike and his team is amazing, fast responses, gives you so much time, I have had many pediatricians over the years as we have moved but never have I ever been part of such an amazing practice. My daughter started in the way center and to say Dr Mike saved her life is very true. He took the time and effort to get to the bottom of her problems, got us the referrals we need. Communicates with her as she needs, she can call his office and he gets back to her, I am not sure how he provides what he does in a 24 hour day. He is an advocate for your child at School, that was really amazing with her ADHD. Now if only he would take adults my medical world would be perfect! It has gotten increasingly difficult to get an answer from anyone in this office. Whether its a prescription going to the wrong pharmacy and multiple calls to get it right to just getting a consult with my son's pediatrician. We are at a place where we need to be able to contact them regularly to check in on medications for the long run so I guess it is time to move on. read more

You seriously cannot get a better pediatrics office. I don't even know where to start! The front desk ladies are so wonderful, caring and friendly. The nurses are unbelievable! Any concerns I have they answer the best they can (legally) but tend to my children so tenderly and with compassion. You can tell they love what they are doing! Also if you call for advice when it's not a well visit they always call back within 15 minutes or less and offer wonderful information that I feel confident when I hang up! I have no encountered one doctor that I don't love! Dr. Milobsky is the BEST! we have also had dr. Healy and I would recommend him also to others. Absolutely amazing staff. We looked at several pediatricians before out child was born and after meeting with Dr. Milobsky and Dr. Healey there was no question. We asked "when should we call you" and the answer we got was "whenever you're concerned". We've called at all sorts of odd hours an been able to speak with a Dr almost immediately and no matter how minor the issue they've been fantasitc. We see Dr. Healey usually and not only does he do a great job with our child, but he takes the time to sit down with us and see how we're doing and answer any questions we have. Dr Regina Laurie was my daughter and son's pediatrician from newborn to about 3 and 1.5 years old before we moved. They both received amazing care from the doctors and nurses at this office. You could tell that they really cared for my children's well being. I'm pretty sure we saw all of the doctors at this practice at some point and can say that they were all friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to call in to make an appointment and get seen in the same day! If I had any questions I would call in and leave a message to nurse and they would call me back with a response in the same day! I truly miss the attention and care from this pediatric office! After living in Los Angeles for almost a year and trying 2 different pediatric offices, I can't seem to find the quality of care to even come close to this office. Pediatrics at the Meadows is far and above the best pediatric practice we have ever taken our sons to (we were at several pediatric practices previously and left them because they lacked what what Pediatrics at the Meadows offers). Our sons see Dr. Milobsky. He is extremely knowledgeable (he's also a pediatric ER doc), great with kids, kind, patient, and explains things in a way that is reassuring and easy to understand. At previous practices we often waited 30-45 minutes before seeing a nurse, PA or doctor. At Pediatrics at the Meadows we have always been called back quickly to see the doctor and their nurses are SO NICE!. At previous practices we have felt rushed during an appointment or had concerns brushed off. With Dr. Milobsky we have never felt rushed and he takes our concerns very seriously. He genuinely cares about our boys. We recently went to the ER with our 3 y.o. where Dr. Milobsky was the ER doc. In the emergency room he was just as amazing as he is at the office. It was so comforting to see a familiar face in a place that is so scary and stressful. And, he called us the next day to check on our son to see how he was doing. He genuinely cares about his patients and we are go grateful to have found him. When Dr. Milobsky has been out for vacation we have seen other doctors at the practice and liked them all equally well. The ladies at the front desk and answering the phones are so nice and the nurses are amazing. I literally have only wonderful things to saw about Pediatrics at the Meadows! read more

I had the best first impression of this practice today. I came in with my flustered mom self, with my 14mth old for her 12mth checkup (cuz I'm the perfect mom and would never be late YEA RIGHT) as a new patient. I didn't have my insurance card or immunization record! Worried they wouldn't see me (after all they didn't know for sure if they'd get paid without my card). My stress was instantly calmed by Sierra who worked at the front who just set me up to email her a pic when I get the chance, and that they use an online registry for her shot record and that was no big deal. Then I was taken back to the room by Robin, who instantly engaged my daughter and let her just be her crazy busy self. Dr milobsky came in and was so great with her, and seemed genuinely interested in her and what her milestones are, and even complimented her growth a few times! It seemed so personal, especially when he explained that he has a large family of his own. All around great experience, seriously, go to these guys. You won't regret it! read more

We love Dr. Milobsky. He always has a great explanation for everything. He loves to recommend natural remedies before prescribing medicine. If my daughter is sick, we can always call and get in for an appt same day! Sometimes within 30 minutes!! I usually walk-in, sign my daughters name and before I can even sit my purse down, I'm getting called back! There have been many instances where my daughter has gotten really sick after hours and I've been able to get ahold of Dr. M through his Facebook page. He works late hours at a children's ER and is occasionally able to respond right away. If my daughter has a stomach virus and is viciously throwing up, he's quick to call in anti-nauseous medicine to save us a trip with a throwing up 3 yr old to his practice! It's saved us quite a few times from having to bring her in when we both know the problem! I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Mike also has 6 kiddos of his own that range a span of 15 yrs so it's rare to find something he hasn't personally experienced with his own kiddos! love love love! We live a little ways from Castle Rock but the attention and spot on diagnosis you receive from this crew is well worth a few extra minutes in the car. The office is easy to find and park and the staff and doctors are not only professional but also caring beyond office hours. We have three kids, one with special needs and one with severe allergies and respiratory problems. I always leave with a clear plan on next steps and know that someone is available to talk if any further concerns arise. I can't say enough about this group, we have tried others, but here, we are home. I was looking for a new pediatrician after moving to Castle Rock. I took my son there for 6 yr check up. My son was injured from his MMR, Hep A, and varicella vaccinations. Following this set of vaccinations his eyes began to cross, suggesting neurological damage (stroke) he also constantly rubbed his head and buried it into the ground. Speech and social skills has been greatly impaired. I told the Dr. what had happened, he laughed in my face and said he's never heard of that. Then pushed me to do more vaccinations (unreal) I did not! It's doubtful that he's never heard of that, when you can do a quick internet search and see vaccine injury is widespread. Be careful with your kids! Also if a Dr. suggests Tylenol as a fever reducer after vaccines don't do it! Can make complications worse! read more
