I needed a few supplies so I could repair it myself, but I couldn't get through to dispatch despite multiple attempts. At that point, my only option was to hike about a mile down the highway to get what I needed and then make the climb back up. Not only would that have caused a major delay and put me at risk of breaking an important promise I had made to my daughter--a promise I vowed I would never break--but it also meant putting myself in an extremely dangerous situation by walking along a mountain highway and making that climb on foot. Despite overwhelming evidence (e.g. damage to the tree with paint marks matching that of my car on a thick branch about 8-9 feet up) They immediately denied any wrong doing, and only shared photos of the aftermath claiming "it was like that when I got here" and no proof of the condition of the car before it was loaded, even though the same rep went back on his words and claimed that they "always" take pictures before they load it onto the bed. He was rude and I could tell he was lying with how fluid is story was, and contained contradictory logic. Basically call anyone else for tow service, because this company provides terrible service, is dishonest, and clearly none of their employees value integrity.
