I go across the street and deal with the gruff employee who can only grunt two words at a time. He weighs my cans and hands me a sheet of paper. I try the two entrance doors to the North of where I am, both are locked. I have to ask some random customer there to sell a junk car what to do with the paper. He tells me I need to take it back across the street in order to get my cash. For God's sake All Recycling, how about a sign or two explaining your asinine process?
