Chance was always there to answer my text and or emails. However, the work itself was awful. Everything from the kitchen was suppose to be individually cleaned and placed into a box due to the toxicity of the fire smut. However everything was just tossed (literally) into boxes. Broken glassware among other things. Some items were just placed in random spots in the garage. I've been finding them for 4 months now. Nothing was cleaned well, most items still had the powder from the fire extinguisher. Staples were left in the wall, crown molding was damaged, paint was damaged from the tape used, and the adhesive was left on wall & floors. After everything was said and done, the toxicity test still showed an elevated level. All that being said, when I contacted a claim adjuster they said they heard of fides, and he does great work, just not for fires. Which was my experience.

I recently made the mistake of having this company clean my ducts for $212.00. Now, I was told they were going to clean our ducts and the system. However, when Noah's crew showed up they first asked me where the system was and I told them in the attic, and their response was, "Oh we ain't going in no attic." I left it alone for a bit. When the job was done, I brought it up again. I asked the crew, "are you sure you don't need to go check out the system?" again, the response was "there's no reason to. it's a fairly new system right?" I told them it was a 2019. And they said yeah that's fine. ‍ The AC literally stopped cooling down the house right after they left. I called Nissair to have one of the technicians come out and check out our AC system. The picture attached is what he found. The return was destroyed and separated inside due to the suction of the vacuum that was used when 1st quality restoration came out to clean our ducts. I went to Noah and explain to him the situation and asked him for reimbursement and for the cost of damages. He read my text and never responded even after I sent him the pictures. I've texted numerous times since yesterday and even this morning he's only read them and never responds. Don't get caught into the scam like I did. I paid $212 to have my ducts so-called cleaned. And then had to dish out $259 for the damages that was done to the return. Heed my warning. Going forward I'll always review The companies I have doing work on my home. I looked up 1st quality restoration on yelp and they have 1.5 stars and 10 complaints. Jeremy responded quickly and gave me a budget price over the phone. He was on a job and told me he would be over as soon as he was done. He called when he completed the job. He had a heck of a time removing the cartridge but finally got it out. Now he had a problem getting the new cartridge back into place. He finally got it installed and check it. He did a great job I would recommend him.
