I knew I had some really bad cast iron pipes at my home. After years of snaking them out, and finally not being able to, I contacted Kwik Plumbers to do a camera inspection. I spoke with Rachel to set up the appt, but it ended up being more than just a quick conversation to schedule appt. We talked about the process of the lining, the repair, and we talked about kids and life, as well. It was like I knew her a very long time. I made the appt for the camera. While at the home after the camera inspection, Ryan told me there was a blockage and the camera did not go all the way through. It was as bad as I expected, and I was really nervous. The video was submitted to Dan. Dan called me and went through a thorough explanation of what they do and what needed to be done to repair and line the pipes. It was a seamless and successful project as prior to the lining we were having the pipes cleaned once a quarter. After an exhausting search for a reliable plumber that did pipe lining and after all the no shows, we were finally recommended to Kwik plumbers. They arrived on time, and promptly started work. We were informed of progress daily and being quarantined got to see it first hand. They were very conscientious about our property and pets. We live in Broward county, Cooper City, so these guys drove daily from Jupiter to work on our pipes and were on time. The water company turned off my water at the street because they detected a leak on the house side of the water line. I had no idea that this happened until I got home from work after 7pm. I was told I needed to contact a leak detection company and most likely would need a plumber as well. After several non-successful calls, I found Kwik Plumbers online and saw they did both. Even though it was after hours, my call was answered promptly and the owner himself was able to fit me in between jobs next day. I was more than impressed because others, including a leak detection company could not provide me with a definite appointment to put my mind at ease, especially since my water was turned off and wouldn't be turned back on until the repair was completed. . The kindness and professionalism did not stop there. Dan, the owner, arrived on time, was kind, courtesy and quickly identified the source of the leak, repair it immediately, and charged a more than reasonable price. To top it all off, my daughter was struggling to change the rear wiper on her car and Dan paused what he was doing to help her, out of the kindness of his own heart. We had a very difficult job to do. We called out more than 5 plumbing companies and Kwik Plumbers came out and gave us a reasonable quote and was willing to do the job. It was not easy at all. These guys worked so hard to get 1 pipe replaced and lined the other 2. They were so professional and very friendly. Even though they are located in West Palm Beach, they came all the way down to Hollywood. I cannot express enough how pleased we are with the service we received and the professionalism of this company. I highly recommend them for any job, big or small.
