I asked him if he had capacity before the initial deep clean, which he assured me he did. The deep clean took place on a Saturday, which we appreciated as we had a deadline before we wanted to decorate, and we were generally pleased with the results, however, there did seem to be some obvious missed steps. Couches weren't vacuumed on top or underneath, our entire guest room seems to have been skipped, bathroom floors weren't well-attended...but we were happy enough with the job that we wanted to continue as the areas they did hit were well done. I shared my feedback with Luis and sent him the highlights of what we felt was missed, asked a few questions to try and gauge why, and told him we just needed those attended to well when they came back for the first regular bi-weekly clean. He sent me short/clipped responses, never really addressed my questions or concerns, and then told me they were full and couldn't take us on as regular clients. When I asked if he was unwilling to take us as a client due to the feedback, he ghosted and I never heard from thereafter. They seemed like they did a fine enough job, but were not open to feedback, so in the end I can't say I recommend. Proceed with caution and be clear about expectations up front.

Within 2.5 hours our tile floors (and the very dirty grout) were cleaned and sealed. Sparkling really. I trust business owners who have a sense of humor. I called and the receptionist was nice and personable and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. She said they wouldn't do a job for under 100$, totally cool because it's still better than the headache and backache of renting a rug doctor at Von's and doing it yourself, (and probably not even doing a very good job.) I needed my carpets done asap and they were able to get to my place in under 24 hours from when I called! I was at work and I left a key under my mat and 100$ cash. The stains on my floor were just horrific, I didn't think it was possible to get them out, but somehow he did! My carpets look and feel brand new, it's unbelievable. Coming home to that is better than having gotten a manicure, pedicure and massage combined and less than half the price! Then there was the note he left me and the fact he went above and beyond with my bathroom rug and the fact he didn't even take full payment!
