I've previously hired biweekly cleaners at $60 per cleaning, so those numbers were exorbitantly high. Best came back at $179. I think the person they sent did a good job, but it wasn't a deep clean. I wouldn't use them again at that rate but at a lower rate for a biweekly cleaning, I would consider it. good things - the lady did wipe down all our books on our book shelves, and did a great job on floors. not so great - they did not do all our windows, which was one of the things I prioritized. also they missed a number of items that we pointed out at the end (a few dusty spots, a mirror and a tray on our ottoman) but they did not go back to do them. My house was cleaner than it was when they arrived but there wasn't a spectacular attention to detail.

They repeatedly walked in and out of the cleaned rooms in their street shoes/boots. They didn't put anything under the legs on furniture that wasn't being moved. Nor did they put any type of covering on the hardwood floor between the front door and rooms being cleaned. The distance of about 20 feet. As far as carpet, the cleaning was satisfactory. We have animal stains that they diligently tried to remove but were unsuccessful. These were old stains so I can't fault them. There are too many carpet cleaning companies in Lexington, I can't recommend this company to anyone.

I hired Inman Prowash to powerwash, and paint my deck for $2800. when rotten boards were discovered Mike charged another $400 to replace about 20 feet of the deck. Joey, was doing the painting and repair work and when he was unable to match the color of the deck paint, which was Lowe's paint not Sherwin Williams, he asked if I had any of the original. There was about a half gallon left. He then used the poor quality paint to touch up, not paint the full deck. When the poor quality paint began to crack again 6 months later, Mike sent Joey back. He could not find a record of the paint he put on my deck at Sherwin Williams because he had not purchased it there. My husband and I tried to match it with the Lowe's paint at Home Depot and purchased thick deck paint. Joey painted the worst peeling planks and realized the colors didn't match. I had a stripped deck. When Joey first looked at the deck he said it needed power washing when he thought Mike was charging me, but when Mike told him to touch it up, he just scraped the bird poop off and moved on. I expressed my frustration to Mike who politely and dismissive. I gave up. My 82 year old husband spent an hour early every morning, before it got hot and his energy gave out, painting the deck. I like Mike, but I am so disappointed in how he handled this job. I'm sure the power washing is fine but would not recommend them for repairs.
