We hired this company when we were in a bind and our uhaul movers came through. They did get us in quickly that day and 1/3 of them moved our stuff efficiently. However, I would not advise that any women or children be there while they are working. Even if you're with your husband. I was sitting next to my husband WITH MY NEWBORN IN MY ARMS, completely clothed when I received a text message that said "yo body look good ash ma " I showed my husband and we called the boss immediately as we knew that they knew where we lived and didn't want an altercation to occur there with our baby. Mike (boss) said that he would send someone over to replace the employee and have him gone from the property. The new employee they sent was beyond rude and told us he was going to charge us extra because he didn't make the first problematic employee leave and now we had "3 movers." This employee and Mike also said that maybe I should have had more clothes on. I was wearing a tank top that came up to my neck and a skirt with shorts under it. The whole thing was beyond uncomfortable and also handled poorly by their owner or boss, who also questioned me for tipping the one employee that did his job well and minding his business. They run the clock while on the phone and attempt to hide items in closet in hopes that you won't notice that the items haven't been moved so that you'll take on the burden after spending well over $700 for subpar service. The owner is rude and please don't be a victim of domestic violence because they will tell where you live on a public forum for your known assaulters to see and use to their advantage! I simply wanted a refund of the deposit since the earliest appointment they offered wasnt until Monday March 8th 2021 but I was left over the weekend without basic items inside of a shipping container. I was focrced to move the majority of the items out over the weekend. After giving a deposit of $125 (which is half) I asked for just 2 heavy pieces to be moved onto a truck but was advised per Mike I would still have to pay the full $250 for 2 hours for a 10min job. On sunday March 7th 2021 I sent a message asking about the REFUND or CANCELATION terms 24hrs before the appointment that was never explained during the booking process. I was advised theres a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. I can understand $50 or even $75 but the entire amount with no labor is unjust specifically since no contract was signed. read more

I am updating my review of this company. For just under two years I have been strung along about a hole that was left in the back of our couch. When I first noticed the hole, the couch wasn't even two years old, I was asked if I was sure that it was not there before (October 2018, move in day) and I knew that it was not there because in our old house as in our new house the back of the couch is exposed so I saw it everyday. I now see the hole everyday and it is beyond frustrating. In the move in October the movers also damaged a wall at the top of the stairs, they did not wrap our staircase life they did in their pictures, and I was told not to worry they have people who can fix it for us, no problem. When they were loading the truck they dented our fridge that was staying for the new homeowner. The front of our washer has rub lines in it, see picture. Those appliances were less than two years old. After they took pictures of the wall and couch and got their money they never mentioned the wall again. I ended up fixing the wall myself six months later because I got tired of looking at it. On to the couch and this one star update, I would give negative stars if I could. I waited and waited for the company to get in contact with me but it was radio silence on their end so I reached out. The owner Michael told me that they had an upholstery guy look at it and said that it could not be fixed and it was past their 30 day window of fixing the problem, first time I heard of a "fixing the problem window". He then told me that he would see about getting me a check for the couch anyway, they pay a certain amount by weight, knowing my couch is an oversized motorized recliner I knew it weighed more than the average so he wanted me to send him picture of the specks which I did. Nothing for weeks... I called he said that he didn't get them I resend them.... nothing. I call and talk to a female worker and she was so "concerned" and she took my information and promised she would call before the day ended, I'm still waiting. I had multiple conversations and text messages, from different phone numbers, with Mike and his staff about when I could receive my promised check or try to fix the problem but nothing. I have given my number and pictures multiple times to the same people and even given the my address so they can mail the promised check to me, even though they have our delivery address on file. At this point it is not about the money it is about the lies that I was told. This company, this entire company, lied to me for MONTHS with ease about sending me money for a problem that they caused. I kept getting in contact to try and make them keep their word but now they are not even answering the phone to me. I guess they thought I would give up and stop calling, no I will still continue until I get an honest answer. All I'm looking for is the truth. If from the beginning I was told the truth it would not be what it is today. A company should always "Say what you mean and mean what you say". If you want an honest company to move your memories and most prized possessions I say look elsewhere, this company can't and in my case will never own up to the fact that they had no intention in keeping their word to a paying customer. I contacted this company for a very simple move. I needed a hot tub moved to storage. I was given a 9a-10a appointment for Saturday morning. At 9:15a on the day of the move, I called to inquire the exact time I should expect the movers. Mike answered, and initially said yes, they'll be out this morning. Then, he said let me look and my log sheet, then he said, I'm so glad you called, I didn't dispatch my drivers to your location. He said, let me contact them right now. He called back 15 minutes later and said he apologizes, they're on another job and asked would 11:30a work for me. Although, 11:30a was late for me because I had big plans for the day (attending a close friends wedding) I said, yes. So, I waited...and waited...and waited and by 12:05a no one had arrived. I called Mike and he said, my guys should have just called, they are on the way. I said, no one called and explained this is really putting me behind. Then I said, I hope you're going to take care of me because this is a huge inconvenience. Mike said, I'm sorry and we'll take care of it. So again, I waited, and waited, and waited. I received a call from the driver at 12:47p saying they would be there in 15 minutes!!!!!! You read that right, they did not arrive until after 1:00p (4hours after the original application)!!!!!!!!!!! My entire day had been ruined. I've officially missed my friends wedding! It doesn't stop there, not only did he send inexperienced movers, they did not have the proper equipment to move a hot tub. They used a plastic object and pulled/dragged the hot tub across the ground to the truck. Once they pulled it to the truck, it was discovered the truck was too SMALL!!!! Omg!!!! They had to bring another truck out which was another 30-45 minute wait. Keep in mind, I've been very patient with this process because Mike said he would take care of me. So, once the movers arrived at the storage, I called Mike to ask for the final price. He said, the original price I quoted you. I couldn't believe it! I said, you guys were 4 hours late from the original appointment time AND had to get another truck and you're not going to adjust the price? He said, well, we had to get another truck for you. I said, how is that my fault? I told you the size of the hot tub and you sent a truck that was too small. He said, we've used this truck to move hot tubs in the past and never had an issue. This lack of customer service was unbelievable! I am more than willing to pay for service, I never ask for discounts and I'm a great tipper. So, the fact that I had to even have this conversation was upsetting. After about going back and forth with Mike, he agreed to discount $50. Immediately after hanging up with Mike, my fiancée (who was at the storage with the drivers) called and said a woman had called the drivers and told them not to unload my hot tub and take it back to their warehouse. What?!!! Are you serious!!! My fiancée had to tell the drivers to call Mike so that they would unload my property. He told them to have my fiancée to pay first and then they can unload. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Mike- I see that you often dispute reviews (my profile name is not my actual name) but we both know this is exactly what occurred. I hired this company with great reservations. I was concerned that my grandmother's antique roll up desk would not make our move due to it's tedious specifications. I was overly pleased with the delicate nature that Micheal handled my personal treasures. This is a small company that cares about the little details as well as the larger ones and thus made our experience a memorable one. I will definitely be using this service for all my future moves. BEWARE* FAIR WARNING I called and asked about pricing information. I was quoted a flat rate per hour. When they finished they called their boss and he charged us for miscellaneous items (tv wrap) and others that cost us over $300 of what we anticipated on paying. This is information that should be disclosed upfront to customers so they are not put into a predicament that they know nothing about. I would have given a 0 if possible. I'm a military brat and married a soldier so I have more then enough moving experience to know this was a terrible move. This company run don't walk. I thought I'd give a young company a chance, you know support small business. This was the worse experience ever. They moved me in February and this is November, I had to get an attorney to help me settle this. Mike does not return phone calls for weeks on out. Then he wants to tell you why he can't handle your problems that his company caused because he's going to Houston or Denver, really. Every piece of furniture was shattered, chipped, broken or missing, not to mention jewelry stolen by an employee, perhaps the one that quit the next day. I don't know who but that sounds strange to me. Mike didn't want to deal with his irresponsible company. They packed up the screws to the disassembled furniture in a box not labeled and wanted me to unpack 43 years of belongings then they would come back to assemble, wasn't going to happen. Then the things he put together was not correct. You can tell by Mike's response to the negative reviews on his site how unprofessional he is. This company is not even worthy of one star. It took them four hours to move a living room and one bedroom and the kitchen table furniture only no boxes included. I did not have to pack anything about anything up simply move furniture onto a truck. They charged me $400. The movers was picking up one bed rail at a time and moving it and it would take them five minutes to put it on the truck. While moving the furniture into my new home they scratch the wall and our denying that they did it. I do not recommend this company. The wall was taking care of it is the $400 that was unnecessary charged to move about 12 items of furniture no boxes no nothing the items and they moved in an hour or less it took your company 4 hours!!!!! I had to continuously state on the movers about not stopping talking get my stuff moved. They took their time on purpose because 4 hours was excessive. You gouge people money. read more

Damaged (5) items and took 47 days to get a dollar amount which was an insult. I called this company to get a quote on moving furniture with no boxes, only big furniture. A verbal quote was given over the phone. No documents regarding ANY kind of insurance needed for this move was given to me prior to the move. I had a different amount charged upon completion and it took a couple of weeks just to get a refund. I wasn't at the final location of my home for the move so I had a friend be there. The moving staff had my friend sign to his knowledge a "completion form". I got home just an hour or so later and immediately saw extreme damaged to (5) items of furniture. I immediately called the owner Mike with no answer. I texted him and he finally called me back. I sent him pictures of all the damage. It took 47 days of being extremely patience and going back and forth with multiple excuses from the owner Mike trying to file a claim with his insurance. He then stated I should have asked for full coverage insurance. I told him at NO point was I offered, signed or received any documents of any kind of insurance options that he had. He texted me what my friend signed at the END of the move, not before any move. If your company offers a difference in insurance options, then that should be stated and chosen PRIOR to any move. A copy was never left or sent to me what someone else signed for. The owner offered $283.20 for damaged to a custom made dresser and a floor to ceiling wood framed mirror. Both cannot be repaired. Repairs to my damaged Armoire, Washer and Dryer. I told the owner this was unacceptable and that I did not want to deal with him anymore nor did I want to wait another 47 days trying to get an answer or help from him for any kind of "repairs". $283.20 is way under priced for all of the damage his company caused. His only response was I should have chosen full coverage insurance. I was never offered or told of any kind of optional insurance. I have never had damaged to my furniture like I have had with this company and for it to take 47 days just to get some kind of resolution which was no where near what it should have been is disgusting. read more

Michael and his team have helped me on two separate moves. My first move was from Fort Sill, Oklahoma to Fort Benning, Georgia. Michael flew out, packed all my personal belongings, drove the truck to Georgia, and unloaded everything into on-post housing. My second move was from Fort Benning, Georgia to Fort Hood, Texas. Michael and his team once again expertly packed all my belongings, drove the truck to Texas, and unloaded everything into a second story two-bedroom apartment. His teams works efficiently and effectively. I have the upmost respect for his company and he and his company are definitely military friendly. I paid less through a service in AZ who brought there own normal moving supplies as a company should. Anyways it was under my girlfriend's name I was the one who delt with the labor that was not satisfactory so that's why I'm not in your system. So I will never recommend or use this company again. My recent move using this company was horrible - I would never suggest this company to anyone. Not only did they show up late, worked so slow that a 3 hr move turned into a 5 1/2 hour move! They broke a piece of furniture and scratched my dresser. The worse part is the owner tried to charge me $700 to move a 2 bedroom home- which he told me would take no longer than 4 hours for $400. Run the other direction! I have used three moving company's and this is by far the worst experience to date. They were over 2 hours late from their scheduled time which sent the rest of the days schedule into a tailspin. Upon arrival, the lead man was shocked that they were there to load a truck, not to unload. He was very upset about that and stated he would have stopped for lunch (another delay in getting to me) if he'd known that. I told him that was what I requested when I booked their services. I'm sorry that was not conveyed to them but that was what I hired the company to do. He then proceeded to be rude and complained the entire time. I felt sorry for his helper. I would hate to think I had to work under those conditions and treated with such disrespect everyday. I repeatedly told him about some of the heavy pieces I needed to have loaded. He consistently told me that he didn't know that. How many times do you have to tell someone?? He proceeded to load the heavier things towards the end rather at the front of the truck which made it more difficult to drive. They scratched my floor in several rooms. They were just not concerned or careful at all with the items or the floors. Furniture and boxes shifted all the way on my trip. Upon arrival, there were numerous items broken, many pieces of furniture with deep gashes and scratches. I was extremely careful and packing boxes to avoid breakage.They packed boxes that clearly stated to be packed in an upright position and marked very fragile in whatever way they wanted ignoring all instructions.
