After she said that I said ok, that's fine but that's what I was told. She then proceeded to say "Well we can't make our hours around your appointment" I then said "Is there a supervisor I could speak to (because of how rude she was speaking to me)" she then said "I am the owner and we do not want your business, go and get a refund on Groupon and hung up on me". My jaw nearly dropped to the floor. Between the combination of how I was spoken to and being disappointed in not being able to make the appointment I was in tears.
