Florida Homeowners Insurance does more than just home owners policies. Victor Tirado gave me a slightly better rate on auto and homeowners insurance than the other 3 companies I called when I moved to Florida and needed to change insurance companies. Victor is polite, friendly and efficient. Lindsay also works in the office and keeps everything moving smoothly. She has a lovely personality and was also instrumental in helping me change over to Florida insurance policies. A couple of days ago while I was driving a rock flew up and put a half dollar size hole in my windshield. I called immediately and left a voicemail message as was after closing. Victor returned my call as soon as the office reopened the next morning. We scheduled and appointment for K&K Glass to come out and replace my windshield 36 hours after the occurrence. At the first Initial meeting with Patrica the owner , she was extremely polite and professional wearing a mask. She went around my whole house and explained in detail what needs to be done and how often it will be done . I signed up for 2x a month her recommendation and the first cleaning day I was extremely satisfied coming home from work. My house had been deeply cleaned from pulling out the furniture getting into the couches, dusting and wiping down the side boards on all the walls, cleaning the windows and the dirt inside the slide doors. This cleaning company will be truly honest on what you need to be done and how often .
