As my main problem was mostly related to weight at the end of my session I felt really motivated and enthusiastic about losing my weight and keeping it off. My second session was more intense because of the way l was feeling low, depressed and very tearful as l was not in a good place. But when l spoke to Safia we went through some of the issues that were really making me feel down I realise what the real issue was and by talking through my issues l felt much better in myself and l could see more clearly what l had to do to not feel like that again. Safia is an excellent listener, and she knows how to make you feel better. It was constant, nagging pain and I was beginning to despair when my daughter suggested that I asked Nayereh to see what she could do.
