If you're toying with the idea of improving your life go and see Josephine. I would fully recommend asking what she can do for you. Go in with an open mind and expect to be met with a friendly and warm lady who's a great listener and totally down to earth. You will not shock her. I think most people would benefit from some sort of therapy and unfortunately it's usually the average person that thinks they don't need it that could gain loads from it. You don't have to be a troubled soul to see her and it's not only for the really poorly. I was surprised how many day to day things have improved for me since I have been going (I stopped Smoking and lost a stone in weight) but I think the most valuable thing I have realised is that there are endless possibilities. If you're dedicated and stick with it Psychotherapy can change your life. I would say give it a go, and if you decide to, I can't think of a better person for you to see. Worth every penny X read more
