So I bought a right for my daughter around $1800 that needed to be resized and I asked for engraving. All this was good. No issues. So why did they get the two star?? It all happened yesterday when I called to find out the status of the ring. It's been a week and no text or phone call. When I called they try to shift the blame on me accusing me of changing my idea and wanted engraving saying that was added on later date. I was like what????? Then come to find out they send my ring out to get hand engraved cuz their machine can't do it. That's ok. I get it. Things happen. Again what is disappointing is that when they realized this had to be shipped out and it won't be ready by Saturday, no call or text. Then when I called tried to shift the blame on me. I don't know if I got this kind of service cuz I didn't make a 50k purchase but for a respectable jewelry store I do t think what I purchased should matter. I don't think I will be going back.

I was absolutely heartbroken. On my next visit to Pensacola, I stopped with little hope of finding another one. It was quite unique and had been purchased many years before. I went in and explained my dilemma. One of the sales associates quickly started to ask others about the charm, and started to tap into her computer. Soon she asked me to take a look at the screen, and there it was! I literally started to cry. She'd found it! They didn't have it in store, but she was able to order it for me and have it shipped to my home! I couldn't believe it! I was ecstatic! It lightened my heart and I am forever grateful for the assistance I received here. Everyone was so kind and helpful! It was a pleasure shopping in this beautiful store, and as my mother was, I shall be a forever customer.

The price was fair and right in line with anywhere else I've been in other nice cities with similar quality. Good bar selection. I unfortunately scheduled my appointment too early to enjoy this, but was still tempted. Solid gesture though. The other guys were on first name basis with their barbers catching up and cheesin' in the seat, so clearly there is good consistency amongst all the stylists. The receptionist didn't answer the phone like I was the Pope, put on a face like she was in a church play, give me a big southern "howdy," or pull a fresh baked pie out of the oven upon my arrival, but it's a trendy barber shop. That's what I sought out and that's what I got. So, all reasonable expectations were met/exceeded.

Today my drive was delayed a few minutes because of July 4th traffic coming from an hour away, and also with it being a busy weekend it took a couple of extra minutes to find parking. I arrived exactly 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and was told I would have to reschedule because there was another appointment an hour after mine. I offered to shorten the appointment time and not get the beard done. My haircuts typically take about 25 minutes. No other explanation or reason was given. I have never heard of this policy from them and it very unfortunate that it had to be after driving over an hour in the middle of my workday to get a haircut. Wasn't a fan of the receptionist's customer service, and will sadly be finding a new place to get a cut.

After a over a week I still had not received word if either could be repaired/adjusted or price estimates for either. I called twice, both times I was told that they were busy and would call me right back with estimates but I never received calls back at which point I picked up my items and brought them to Bere's jewelry down the road, who quickly gave me an exact price and time to pick up my jewelry. This store seems to specialize in clocks and fails to give the time of day to other customers although they advertise doing so. Also, they do charge $25 just to look at your fixable items (which will be subtracted if paid to repair), but fortunately I did not have my items inspected after the 7-10 day time period, so that was avoided. Mr K. Thank you for reaching out and researching the case. However, the watch I dropped off was not LED or LCD, it was a Ferrari analog watch with a digital clock as well. If t was analyzed/inspected the employees at the front desk did not inform me of the case, they said it had not been looked at yet. The ring was also not sized as I did try it on and it it fit the same, and again I confirmed it with the employees at the front desk.
