She taught me an incredible amount about the type of shoe that is right for me, and most importantly why. She went through a great process of helping me select the best shoe for how I run. She also introduced me to the magic that is toe socks. This was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend Running Wild to anyone who wants expert input on selecting a running shoe or running associated gear. They literally have everything you need for running. Kinda on the pricey side for my taste if the prices on the tag were accurate. After the little store area is the 2 workout rooms, the first area had the pilates machines. 2nd room for other classes like aerial and trx. This place does have windows- I'm not sure if pedestrians can see inside or not. Nice lighting. Very clean. Large cubbies to store your items. Our TRX teacher was very patient and supportive. The class was quick but intense enough for a burn. I really like how easy the moves were to pick up. I wished we had time to warm up a little before the class but we did cool down. She played music from her phone too. I live good music with a workout. Overall, I liked the class and the place. I hope to take more classes at either location. We have all gotten so used to Amazon. Well online stores can't give what I received today. First I had soo many questions i thought for sure I was being annoying but the employee John gave me reassurance that they are a community bike shop and to ask away. I was initially interested in electric bike but after talking to John I decided that wasn't a great decision for me. Then he helped me pick out multiple bikes to give a test spin outside! We also connected on a few other topics which was so nice. I asked about locks and I got the full run down on that as well. I went in to get a new tube for my friends bike with a few questions and walked out with a new (used) bike and lots of knowledge! Plus two free tune ups.
