We have used conventional method when necessary but having Dr. Lemanne with her additional knowledge has made it a lot more bearable and a much better outcome. Dr. Lemanne is very thorough and she monitors his progress a lot better than the conventional method by regular blood test and follow up appointments. We thoroughly recommend her for patients with cancer.

She is a brilliant physician and a wonderful communicator. I traveled to OR from my home in Los Angeles to see Dr. Lemanne because I wanted to consult with an integrative oncologist. There are only six integrative oncologists in the country. I have a slow growing form of cancer which is not usually treated until symptoms become difficult to deal with. I am not at that point. My conventional doctors are "watching and waiting". I wanted to meet with Dr. Lemanne to learn about the evidence based natural cancer treatments available to me. I didn't want to just start a particular diet or take a particular supplement because I heard about someone else having done it. Dr. Lemanne was able to share with me natural therapies which have been proven in trials to be effective in fighting cancer and/or preventing it from progressing. I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Lemanne on my cancer-fighting team. If you are in "watch and wait" or if you want to use complementary therapies in your treatment, contact Dr. Lemanne.

I've visited HOA at least three dozen times at their Medford, OR location and at least a dozen…read moretimes at their Grants Pass, OR location over the past three months since my friend completed their course of chemotherapy and radiation (treatment). That is when their problems and discomfort really began. After interacting with the staff and physicians at this organization I am much more confident that there is good health care to be found in Southern Oregon. I and my friend have learned more about cancer, its' treatment and what to expect from said treatment from the nurses here than from any other person or resource available. They treat their patients with a kindness, compassion and consideration that I have never, ever seen before. Truly amazing people treating even more amazing people. The doctors are thorough and professional. They take time to make sure all their patient's questions are answered (you just have to know what to ask!) Brought to the Asante Health System by OHSU in 1999, it is a regional resource for basic and clinical cancer research into new methods of diagnosis and treatment. It is also the state's only cancer center designated by National Cancer Institute of the NHI. Humble: The feeling one experiences upon entering Hematology Oncology Associates PC in Medford, OR. Humility: Something one learns when acting as an advocate for a cancer patient. Dignity: Something one sees in the clients at HOA. Strength: See Dignity above. FIVE STARS: All of the Above!

I have been trying to call for a week, I finally get ahold of Alyssa today after multiple attempts and voicemails over the span of 7 days. My ferritin has been a 5 (At its highest) since November of 2025. It's continuing to worsen. My HCT levels are dropping and so are my red blood cells. I am unable to care for my small family as I used to or even work properly. It has caused a heavy strain on my mental health as well as my physical health and no one seems to care or try to listen to me. I am tired, I want to just give up completely. what is the point to fight for a better quality of life, or a life at all (since I can barely participate because I get faint by standing) if im going into debt anyway? If the medical professionals themselves will not listen or see me? If the staff are going to treat me as though I'm bothering them by trying to get an appointment. yes, I'm tired, but I try to be graceful and understanding. However. that's just it. I'm tired.

Been a patient of Dr. Ferrd (bogus name) since 2011, and then Dr. Interra in 2024. I have complex…read moreblood clot issues (Dr. Ferrd called me fragile and complex) however he only saw me once a year for all the time I had him unless I called in. in 2012, I was sent to OHSU to see Dr. Angel Guy and he found the cause of part of my "complexity" and I was on a roll. That took care of it, sort of for the next 10 years, but I kept asking questions like, "why is my platelet count low" (Not a problem, just don't worry so much), "why am I not bruising, I should be bruising. I USED to bruise, and for the last couple of YEARS I haven't been bruising!" Finally, on my request, I Zoomed with OHSU again this month, and Enteric Aspirin stops working in some older folk. There's a test for that. It was published in the Journal of Cardiovascular Disease 5/2022. But I was never tested until the Dr.Angel Guy from OHSU found I was resistant, and the Enteric Aspirin had stopped working. So for 2 years, I was having strokes, because my Dr.Ferrd had not been taking the time to do the test. Thankfully, they weren't the massive one. Then they changed their after visit notes, so that it looked like they were not blaming all my problems on Cholesterol. Sad, really. I trusted Dr. Ferrd for 12, almost 13 years. This whole business just makes me sad. No excuse for lies. Everyone is human, and mistakes are a part of it being human. Don't care about the mistakes, I care about the stupid lies. I am grateful, I am now safe, thank you Dr. Angel Guy.

I was new to the area and needed to see a doctor for a long-term psoriasis flare. I'd had good…read moreresults in the past on other flares using a specific treatment where nothing else had helped. I saw PA Kelly Mead at the Annex at the Clinic. My experience proved to me I need to ask to see an actual doctor, not a Physicians Assistant. Kelly was not accommodating to my request for a specific treatment, telling me the effective treatment I'd had in the past wasn't an option for me due to thin skin, nor did she even think I had psoriasis, although she never took a biopsy to prove it. She made light of my symptoms and told me lots of "older women" have rashes like mine on their ankles that never heal (I had had several previous patches HEAL with the treatment I asked for). As I was about to leave she handed me 2 small sample tubes of a cream to try. She said, "If that cream helps you, good luck on getting insurance to pay for it!" I walked out feeling entirely defeated, frustrated and angry. I have never known a medical provider to be so unaccommodating and rude! The samples she gave me did nothing but made the plaques shed off, leaving a red, itchy blotch. It's been almost a year since I've seen her or anyone else for the problem, and my "rash" has spread and become much, much worse. If my skin was too thin for the treatment I asked for then, I can only imagine how it must be now. I'm afraid to see someone else after my visit to the Annex at the Clinic. If all dermatology 'professionals' here are like that one, I'm in big trouble.
