Mrs. Appears to be burning out and takes it out on patients. She had a fit because my needle came out and blamed me! I think she told Dr. She doesn't want this and I pulled my needle out. She had a minor fit! I like the Dr. But Mrs. Should stay home or get a grip. I'm sick enough I don't need to be verbally attacked during an IV drip. read more

I met Doctor Oppenheimer today for the first time. He was compassionate and extremely thorough. He has a plethora of medical knowledge Not only in his expertise, but continued to dig. He exceeded in explaining possible whys and wherefores of my problems. I left his office encouraged knowing he won't stop until he finds answers to find me relief. God bless him! read more

After 4-treatments of chemo and having 75% of her stomach removed - Dr. Peng is still unable to give a stage of cancer or explain the pathology report ie, did they get it all, what is left, what are they going to do next, etc... Dr. Peng does not return phone calls so don't even bother. My daughter went in her office for a follow-up after surgery with a list of questions that any oncologist should be able to answer and was unable to get any answers from this doctor or get the pathology report explained. All though Dr. Peng never said it, my daughter left the appointment feeling her cancer is terminal and doomed. HORRIBLE DOCTOR

Run! The worst place for cancer care. It's disgusting how abusive they are with cancer patients…read more Extremely rude and defensive front desk staff and hostile oncologist and administrator, then whenever I called them on their BS, they acted like I was the abusive one -- a sick group of people at BACC. I am so glad not to be going back there. No empathy or kindness whatsoever. Their time will come when they have something warranting help. Perhaps they'll get a taste of their own medicine. I am so much happier with my new oncologist.

From the guy who helped us at the front desk to both nurses, the medical student trainee and the Doctor himself were all absolutely lovely! I was taken back to a room before the guy at the front desk, named Mike I believe, absolute legend btw, was even done getting all my info. Strep Throat was the diagnosis, had me out of there in about 30 mins . Thank you to everyone there .
