One, it can get busy with bus loads coming in on tours. Two, the whole town could lose power when you're about to get breakfast so that by lunch time when power is on everyone is scrambling to eat (this is what happened to us.) Most importantly, make a reservation to sit on the patio lake side, because we saw people walkin asking and those seats are only for reserve. All of the food was fine, no complaints. But the bread service! It's amazing. The best thing we ate in Amsterdam. Comes with different butters and goes nice with a gin cocktail and a views of Lakeside Windmills.
