I received a notification from my security camera that someone was on my property. When I looked outside, I saw the owner walking directly through my flowerbed. I went outside and told him not to walk through my flowerbed, and his response was, "I didn't know it was your property." How do you not know where the property lines are when you're there to cut the grass? The boundary is pretty obvious, especially when the grass on the other side is over 10 inches tall. And even if there was confusion about the property line, why would you walk through someone's flowerbed in the first place? To make matters worse, he told me he was going to leave the grass clippings on my side of the property. And, sure enough, he did. In my opinion, this was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand making an honest mistake, but once you're told you're on someone else's property, the appropriate response should be to apologize and correct it--not intentionally leave the clippings there. They didn't clean up the grass in my neighbors yard either. Just cut it & left it there, kinda wild. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

That was a very good suggestion! He agreed to cut our lawn once each week during our absence and his price was very reasonable. We were pleased. In fact, we later asked him to do some mulching on our property and he did an excellent job. Jesse is the man to call if you need TEMPORARY help with lawn care services due to being on vacation or being sick or just having a need for landscaping services on a temporary basis.
