They have accommodating hours so you can work it around your lifestyle. The coaching staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They aren't afraid to tell you that you are doing it wrong and they make sure to show you the correct way so you don't hurt yourself. The members are all very nice and approachable. I have never gotten the vibe that someone feels superior. The first time going in can be intimidating but once you get your first workout out of the way, you'll want to go back as soon as possible. I've been going to this box for about 1.5 years and have seen tremendous gains.

A good 50% of the attendees are working out incorrectly that will either not maximize the benefit of the workout, or in a way that could potentially hurt them. I see the overall viewpoint that "Working out poorly is better than not working out at all", but I would hate to see anyone get hurt, when it could've been easily prevented with slight instruction. Also a shame that pizza night and bagel morning couldn't be replaced with something that wasn't a junk carb load. Want to offer free carbs? Have a banana. I enjoy the ability to visit any planet fitness with the black card. This is beneficial for someone who travels often (me), but I just wish it were better and seemed to care more about their clients. Can't say enough good things about the folks at Furever Home in East Petersburg. They provide a…read moregood environment and the cats here are welcome to live out their lives if nobody adopts them. When I adopted a Pet Pantry cat who was living at Furever Home, I almost felt bad about taking him out of there. Food bowls, litter boxes, cat trees and toys everywhere! Zero rocking chairs! This is kitty Valhalla, at least at shelters go. I told them I couldn't compete with that many trees and toys. But what these cats need most is a home. And that part is working out well, at least in my case. This older male cat had no reason to bond with me but nevertheless, here he is as I write this, hopping into my lap and waiting for me to go to bed so he can curl up next to me.
