**Sold me a bad/faulty expired product and didn't care when I brought it to their attention.**…read more On one long friday after work I decided I wanted to wind down and buy an Ayrloom weed drink to relax. I asked for the 4 pack but they only had 3 in stock. The general manager HIMSELF was like to make it 4 I can give you the one on the shelf, I'm like cool. One night I drink two of the drinks. The first tasted amazing. I decided I wanted to go even further and have a second one, but this product tasted like chemicals/expired/idk what. But I definitely know what it's supposed to taste like because I drank the same one literally 1 hour prior. That night I also ended up getting sick with a sore throat from whatever it was I drank. Anyways I check the lot number on the bottom of the can and it has no valid code except "for display ONLY" on the can. So I call the store and speak to this employee who tells me I can have an exchange because I was sold a faulty product. So l walk 20 minutes to the store and get the general manager again to assist me. I explain the situation, how the product tasted expired and had an untraceable lot number on the bottom but he dismissed me and tried to get me to buy something else. After walking 20 minutes home again, I called the store to ask to speak to him to explain further and at least let him know to stop giving customers products whose origins cannot be traced. However, he told the employee that answered to tell me "he was in a meeting" (what meeting is taking place at a dispo) and shooed me off the phone. I'm not one to leave a review like this but it's the principle, of the situation. To sell faulty products and when it's brought to your attention you dismiss the person and make them out to be crazy for bringing it to your attention. I am a frequent shopper here and I'm not about to trip over a $5 drink when I could be doing other things, that's embarrassing. But the manager himself made a major error and didn't care how it affected the customer. Shop at your own risk.

During my recent visit a few days ago, I observed an incident that made me feel uncomfortable. A…read morecustomer came in and was speaking with one of the employees at the front desk about cannabis products and which options would be best for him. While he was asking for advice, the security guard approached him and began to harass him without cause. The guard also told him that he couldn't stand at the front desk for too long, even though he had only been there for about two minutes. After the customer completed his purchase, the guard then asked him to leave the premises. For no apparent reason, This occurred during the afternoon shift, and the security guard involved was the only one stationed at the security desk at that time.
