It is very obvious that they know and USE the products that they sale and are confident in informing me on what they think is the best product for my needs. Another thing I noticed when I go into GNC stores is that I feel very unsure about what I am buying, not only because of the lack of knowledge, but also because it seems like the male employees (which are the majority of their staff) don't really know what is best for female customers.
