The salesman was so kind and helpful. He really knew his stuff. He shares some of his favorites and one that I may like. I went home and it is amazing. After leaving the store I actually had a good feeling about myself, unlike going into most stores now where the kid behind the counter may just be on his phone or if you do get them to talk you get talked down on because you aren't an expert. Not Supplement World. It is different, you get a genuine feeling of care in there. So fast forward to this week. I get home after a long day at work not feeling the best and kind of in a down mood and I find a card from Supplement world. This isn't your average computer typed card. I opened it up and it was a hand written note from their CEO thanking me for coming in to the store and asking me how I liked the Bcaa I purchased. I was blown away by this and started sending pics of it to my friends saying who does this? I mean seriously to take time it of your day running a company to hand write a card to a customer who he does not know from Adam is very impressive in my opinion. They have won over a new loyal customer and hopefully a few more from my friends. I hope this review helps someone to get the help they need from guys who truly care. I feel like the employees should know about their products and be confident about selling them. Normally when I ask them general questions about the products they look at me like I am trying to quiz them for a physics test or trying to trick them. But not this location. It is very obvious that they know and USE the products that they sale and are confident in informing me on what they think is the best product for my needs. Another thing I noticed when I go into GNC stores is that I feel very unsure about what I am buying, not only because of the lack of knowledge, but also because it seems like the male employees (which are the majority of their staff) don't really know what is best for female customers.
