The man who I presume owns the store is the only person (before today, there was a woman with him) I had ever met behind the counter. Quick with suggestions and reviews, he's a great small business owner, and it shows. He's personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Business is tough, but this place has been around a while now and seems to be doing quite well, and I'd like to think it's mostly owed to him. I hope this place sticks around for many years to come. It may not be as big as some of the other places in town, but their selection is excellent. This tiny store is stacked! Definitely worth the drive from the city or a look-see when you're in the area.

I have been a loyal customer and supporter ever since. I have never had a need to have a cigarette and any problems I have ever encountered they have fixed immediately. By problems I mean I have gone to cloud factory while Smoke-less was closed and even though it wasn't their mistake they have bent over backwards to correct someone else's mistake. The manager there now is beyond knowledgeable and is amazing with his customers. Their products are top notch. Heck, I have had my mod for four years and just finally switched it up. This is the only place I shop, I will shop online if they don't have what I am looking for (such as…read moreflavor concentrates). Top notch staff. They are more concerned with making repeat sales than a quick sale. In other words, they preach safety first. They know their products, uses and limitations. If one salesperson does not know about a product, they will refer you to the one who does, rather than BS you for a sale. One thing I did like, when purchasing my first regulated box mod (the part that holds the batteries), is that even given a budget (say up to $300) they will determine what best suits YOUR needs, and not what brings in the most profit. I did just that. I gave the salesperson a Dollar amount cap and they came in well below that, about half actually, and I got literally every thing I needed. A regulated 100w mod, a tank, atomizers, e-juice, batteries (high quality-they don't even carry budget batteries) some wire, cotton, an ohm meter, 30 minutes or so of Q/A safety information, and even gave a discount and a couple freebies. (like a few feet of wire to play with *play meaning twist into unusable coils while learning* lol. I'm not saying anything for or against other local shops, since I only shop here, but I will say, I will recommend this shop to anyone new to vaping and e-cigs. I will add, that having worked for years in retail and customer service, I am very picky about where I shop on a regular basis, and as such, I come to this store as my first stop for anything I need related to vaping.
