I have been using smoke-less for at least four years now. When I first went in I had no idea what I…read morewas looking for and they spent over an hour with me helping me make a decision. I have been a loyal customer and supporter ever since. I have never had a need to have a cigarette and any problems I have ever encountered they have fixed immediately. By problems I mean I have gone to cloud factory while Smoke-less was closed and even though it wasn't their mistake they have bent over backwards to correct someone else's mistake. The manager there now is beyond knowledgeable and is amazing with his customers. Their products are top notch. Heck, I have had my mod for four years and just finally switched it up. Customer service in Dartmouth is amazing, not sure about Halifax as I haven't been there but would recommend them to anyone, and I do. Keep up the top notch job guys. Rachael B.

Radical Concepts caters to those who love fashion and deep pockets. Here you will find Ed Hardy Shirts for women. I love Ed Hardy, these T-Shirts and tops are one of a kind in there. I did not see too many multiple of one thing. The average shirt was $150 - 200. Jeans- If you like Christina Aguilera, you will love this shop. They carry her jeans and they are nice! So is the price tag, $350.00. They carry Hoodies, Bathing-suits, and also accessories. Really cool things in here. I am sure they have a great clientele. It is not a huge store, but it is packed full of goodies. The gal working there was pleasant, she and a couple friends were talking. She said hello and asked if I needed any help. Go here only if price is not an issue. But you will not be sorry, you will look pretty awesome in these clothes.

Woman rushed the sale and sold me the wrong product, didn't even get to my vehicle and I started reading the box and noticed it's not even remotely what I had went in and asked for, so I walked back in and asked her nicely if she could exchange it or even give store credit because SHE just sold me the wrong item... She just smiles and says no, when I literally wasn't even out the door longer than 3-4 minutes. Crazy how an employees incompetence to know the products they're selling ends up being your fault. Anyway won't burn me again, if you're looking for quality product and customer service to match seriously do yourself a favour and shop anywhere but here.
