*this review was for a different store, but it's a safety issue and their employees work at multiple locations* They do not care for the safety of their customers. I bought a battery and plugged it in the first time to charge it, it sparked and melted through the battery within 10 min of having it. When I bought it I was told it was a new product and to come back and tell them how it works. I came back to tell them it almost started a fire and the guy shrugged his shoulders and said don't know what to do. Not a place for someone who needs guidance on starting out with CBD. The young guy behind the counter was unbelievably rude and condescending and I almost walked out. I actually have never been treated this badly by a business before. Told me I needed to do some research or Google it before asking questions. Honestly I don't see how he has a job. The vibe was very bad here- while he's half listening to my questions, he's joking around with other kids who I guess work there too, not sure who they were. I ended up getting a few things, spent $90 on some helpful products and would've spent more but I wanted to get out. I'll never go back and I won't go to any of the other locations. read more

Terrible experience. The customer service here is not typical of what you would usually see in a smoke shop or hemp shop of sorts. The heavyset man behind the counter was very rude from the minute I walked in and attempted to overcharge me for what I asked for from behind the counter. I was totally understanding of what I thought was a mistake but when he tried to tell me it was my fault that was it for me. I would suggest checking out Planet Caravan in West Chester. The people there are always respectful and the prices are much better. read more

Not being to negative but I'll share my story very quickly. Since it is quarantine times right now my usual shops I stop into for Kratom we're closed so I took a gamble and called first to check and they said they had lots of different kinds, got there and was greeted with a sign that said no browsing, please get what you need and hurry out( not verbatim but something to that extent) not an unreasonable request, I went in quickly and asked about their Kratom products and was shown the very small collection of what they had, mostly in the powder and VERY high priced. The cashier was not very aware of the product or what it was so I purchased the only tablets they had which was a packet of 10 for $8 or $9. I purchased them walked to my car and got a better look at them and realized they were packaged and made in house which made me VERY uncomfortable. I decided quickly that this seemed sketchy so I went back, mind you I parked n front of the store and never even started my truck before changing my mind and went back for a refund. I went round and round with the two store clerks who would not refund my money since I had left the store but offered store credit which at this point I wasn't interested in, just wanted to move on. The clerks suddenly had lots of knowledge of the product and assured me what I've read on the Internet (horror stories about it n house made Kratom) was probably not completely true which I agree with but still very concerned. I saw quickly that there would be no refund so rather than try to argue or plead my case I felt I'd give them the benefit of the doubt about the quality of the product since they were adamant about their reputation concerning their product. Wellllllll... I should have trusted my gut and made a bigger fuss for a refund. The capsules were only 2/3 full and I'm very skeptical that Kratom was even in the capsules. I will not return to this business and will continue to share my experience with others verbally and through social media outlets such as this. read more

I like to shop local but they are horrible! Expired products! 3 people working & no customer service! I asked for assistance & was told "what does your research tell you" next person I asked about shaving cream. " Oh I don't use it for that" can't tell if it's a gel or cream or smell it so I thought asking would be helpful. So disappointed as I was looking for multiple products. They were super helpful with finding the correct sized piece I needed. Great customer service in store and over the phone. Just be sure to bring pictures of whatever you need because under Ohio law, you can't take your broken stuff with you- regardless of it being clean or not. Without a doubt, I will be back to look at their other products as I just had to run in real quick for one specific item. Be sure to go on an "off day" one that won't be as busy, considering their backroom is quite small in size and may pose as a difficulty if there are more than five or six customers in the room.
