What I do know is that I continue to buy on-line from them (found shop on instagram courtesy of some glass artists I follow) and every package has come quickly, possibly OVER-packed with protection, and every order personalized. The cannabis and glass industry is fraught with awful customer service, and yet dealing with these folks you'd never know.
