I was having one of those days where it felt like everything was going wrong and suddenly my car decided to break down. The driver was extremely nice and even gave me some sound advice on your perspective on things even during a rough time. So like I mentioned, paying for a tow was not apart of my plan for that day but Abe Towing was great and I would recommend their services .

We had called to get my boyfriend's car towed to the shop to get fixed, he let me know that that…read moretow was on his way and would be here in 30 min to an hour. I waited for over an hour and nothing. My boyfriend called and said that he came by didn't see any lights on so he left. He didn't knock on the door or anything since I am always home. We called again so he came back and was charged $25 since "there was no customer" the first time he came. He was lazy the first time, when he simply could've gotten out of the truck come and knocked on the door to truly see if anyone was home. I went ahead and payed it but I should not have been charged for the laziness of the driver. Overall I was charged $300. And $100 of that was for the dolly cause the car wouldn't start and unlock the tires even tho I did attempt to put it in neutral.

My truck stopped running and I called my insurance company…read morefor a tow , the first one they called said under 60 minutes and I had waited over 2 hours, then they called Flash Towing insurance said another 60 minutes. It was dark, late and rainy and I was tired and irritated. Flash Towing came in about 30 minutes or less. The guy Buzzy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got home. He even went out of his way to try alternatives so I wouldn't have to pay for towing. You can tell he's just a kind hearted person naturally which really goes along way when you're having a horrible day. I would definitely recommend Flash Towing and this we'll be the only tow service my family or myself will ever use if I ever need one again.
