I found Blue Star on Yelp and decided to email them for a quote. They responded quickly with a price that was lower than other quotes I'd received, so I chose to go with them. Curtis arrived with the flatbed truck I requested. I thought we'd need to move the car down to the street for loading, but Curtis expertly backed the truck right into my narrow driveway. He had my car loaded and secured in no time. About 20 minutes later, Curtis messaged me to let me know he'd arrived at the shop and even sent a picture of the car parked there. from the efficiency, professionalism, and skill to his down-to-earth and friendly manner, I couldn't have had a better experience given the circumstances. I was stopped while coming home and called a few places and got estimates for 2-4 hours and when I called him he was able to come in just under 45 minutes even though we were in rush hour. Once he got there he helped me to safely get into his truck and was able to secure my car up in just a few minutes. And the same goes for when we got to the shop. Throughout the whole ordeal we chatted and he treated me how anyone would want to in that kind of situation. Curtis at Blue Star Towing is a Saint! This gentleman took care of my wife on the side of the road after 2 other towing companies said they were coming, then cancelled. He went out of his way to make my wife comfortable during a very hot day after being broken down for 3 1/2 hours. Towed her car from Buckhead to our Woodstock mechanic, then drove her home. Broke down on I-20 on the way from ATL to Birmingham on Sunday - Father's Day. Curtis (the owner and a father trying to enjoy his day off) came and towed me back to ATL.
