He didn't go on the roof, didn't take any measurements, and didn't inspect anything underneath--like the boards that needed to be replaced--which is something you cannot see from an Eagle View. Michelle then said she could take measurements from Eagle View, but that would cost extra. Before I could even get a quote or see what type of roof would be used--there are about five different types, and I wasn't told which one--or what exactly would be replaced, I was expected to sign a contract. Why would I sign a contract without knowing the details? When I asked for a quote, she refused, saying it would take the guy too much time. Then, completely out of the blue, she told me they were no longer going to do my roof. What kind of company treats clients like this? I have all of this documented via text.
